Don’t even think - just buy it!
I have tiled and karndean flooring and using a conventional mop and bucket has become increasingly bad - the water is instantaneously filthy, so it doesn’t feel like the floor is actually being cleaned, plus it makes my back hurt terribly. I bought this having seen the amazing reviews on here and online. I bought it discounted and unfortunately the battery pack was faulty. I contacted aircraft the manufacturer by email, and without exaggeration, within 90 seconds of me sending the email they called me. They didn’t care that I’d bought it elsewhere, they genuinely cared about me having a good experience and that this product should work. A new battery was sent within half an hour and I received it the next day. Utterly stunning service and customer care. I was blown away. And now to the device itself. It’s easy to use straight from the box - took about 2 mins . I was able to use my normal floor cleaner, plus water and disinfectant. It was fabulous to use - no effort to control or push it, just guiding where it went really. Consequently my back didn’t hurt. The floors were left dry enough to walk on - very different to when using a mop and bucket; and cleaning? Well the kitchen and garden room floors look great. And it took about one third of the time it normally does with the mop and bucket. My conservatory gets invaded by my chickens regularly and so tends to need a stronger clean as stuff gets dried on..... 😱....I found I needed to spray the affected areas and leave for about 5 mins before cleaning them with the Powerglide, but then it did a great job. And to be fair, I used to have to really scrub and scratch with the mop and bucket.. to summarise, for me this is a game changer. I love the device and with the customer service I experienced, I love the company. Pretty awesome in my view.

Every home with hard floors should have one!
I have recently had a combination of Karndean and tiling laid throughout and this machine is perfect for cleaning every room. It is quick and efficient and sooo quiet. I have used a number of different types of machine in the past and this is by far my favourite - the only other that comes close was more expensive, was not cordless and took much longer to achieve the same results. I had a query regarding use and the people at Aircraft were very friendly and quick to respond. Very impressed with both machine and Company.

Do not let the price put you off- it is worth it!! Been wanting one for months but wondering if the price tag was too high, partner came home with one yesterday and I cleaned the whole of the downstairs flooring in less than 5 mins and it had dried in that time too! 10/10 cleaning just got a whole lot easier

Excellent performance. Very easy to use. I like that it is compact and the stick is adjustable so very easy to put in storage. I got the extra pads to use when the others are in the wash. They dry easily though. Very good customer service
