Results are nice but I found it difficult to swallow. You will have to drink a lot of water to swallow it.

Moringa is a great supplement . Fresh leaves is best. Powder is another option. Though the taste is not palatable to all. The tablet is easy to take.Some years ago I gave this moringa tablet daily to my mother for few weeks when she had severe backache . Miraculously her pain went away after 3-4 weeks of taking this regularly. I do understand that this is not a pain killer. It seemed to address some nutrient deficiencies and strengthen the body resulting in the pain reducing significantly.All age groups need the nutrients of Moringa.

Awesummm product

Although its been few days since my mother started taking Moringa capsules , she is feeling better with this supplement , tiredness is reduced and overall wellbeing is improved. She is hyperallergic but thanks to God moringa seem suited her. The only concern i have is on the bottle it is mentioned that it contains traces of heavy metals ,is only this particular organic brand contains it or all other herbal supplements and brands also contains the heavy metals.
