I've had a simple (and cheap) yoga strap for years and it was just fine. The Ceddano Premium Yoga Stretching Strap works perfectly. It is made of good quality fabric with loops for holding on to andstretching out your body. It also comes with a stretching guide which shows various ways that it canbe used for stretching. This yoga strap has loops along its entire length which is perfect. It is longer than some others yoga straps, but the length and numerous points loops make it worth every penny. Was the perfect gift for my girlfriend as you can appreciate from pics. She use this all the time to stretch in the evenings after an earlier morning workout. It helps to reduce soreness and feels so good . I highly recommend to anyone and everyone,

The thing I love the most to this strap is that it is strong fabric outside and soft non-slippery fabric inside. I decided to buy this after I have changed my job and I am traveling a lot so could not go anymore to yoga classes. With this strap, i can exercise every day anywhere I am in the hotel room, or in the parc. Since i have to travel light most of the time, this yoga strap is just the right size to take in a handbag, plus it has its own little bag to keep it nice and compact.

I've ordered this stretching strap in order to use them during my workout routine - they are brilliant! The straps came with a nice package including some usefull exemple of exercises.Material is quite sturdy and they look very good - to be fully honest i was quite surprised about their quality - I've bought before some random straps from a store and they last only 2 weeks.Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

I bought it for my girlfriend initially but I started using it as I suffer from back pain due to the job I have and I really do feel a difference and whenever I am not so tired after coming back home from work I do find 5-10 minutes for a bit of stretching , it does feel good afterwards, so yes, I would definitely recommend it

the position on this strap is excellent. I like this strap more over the other one that I have as it is easier to hang on and more comfortable. My theory is that if you will have to torture yourself by doing stretches at least do it in comfortI'been worried how is working if is non elastic but I can confirm is much better to use this, is a perfect shape, non straining more than you want, is perfect. And the pink colour is my favourite.

I had a sprained left ankle and I was recommended to buy a stretching strap by a nurse or a doctor from the Minor Injuries Unit, I don't really know what she was but I bought this one and it really did help, I started with easy and low intensity exercises to my ankle and progressed to harder ones where I would put more pressure into it and now I feel so much better. So this is a great strap, I felt comfortable using it, most probably do to the interior padding. Thanks
