Works as a great sleep aid and hair conditioner
Works well to help me sleep. I add 1/4 tsp to my favorite drink which is coconut milk. I am able to sleep within 30 min. I do not feel groggy at all the next day. I also add a few tsp to my deep conditioner and it really softens my hair. I've also infused it in oil to massage my scalp. I added 3 tsp to olive oil, and used the "double boiling method" by warming the oil in a bowl over hot water. The oil makes hair really soft. The only downside is the size, there is not much in there for repeated use, and it taste very bitter.

Still deciding..
I am still trying this product out. The one thing I like is that it mixes easily with other powders (ie amla and henna). The one thing I don't like is that it doesn't rinse out easily.
