I was very excited to buy this product, however this is not suitable to use in Europe, Voltage and plugs are different - I believe this can be a great device, however when buying we should have clearly mentioned in a a description if suitable in EU or not. I was very disappointed of not being able to use it at home

The reason I bought this was for the safety switch. It broke a couple weeks ago and I didn't pay attention to the deadline for returning things. So that's it. Dang!It works well other than that

I bought this for my office. It fits neatly under my desk and keeps my feet warm. It squeaks a little when it rotates and I can’t figure out how to get it to stop, that’s why I only give it 4 stars.

Purchased 11/2018 for office to sit under desk. Is fine for heating a small space. However, I purchased it partly because it said it had a timer, so if I forgot to turn it off it would shut off on its own. But it DOES NOT have a timer.
