This was amazing. I think there's a protocol you can find where it tells you what order to do this. I.e, the top of the head and then moving down. But plot twist, I put it on my tongue... it's hilarious but then the fascia is connected to the tongue so kind of amazing too... well made... I would like to eventually get another one just like this one so that I can have one in my left and one of my right hand and instead of do the stem to the skin just letting it Buzz at each ear in stereo if you hold it there whether you hold it by your ear and hear the buzz or if you put the stem on your skin one of the secrets is to wait there as this subtle vibration diminishes smaller and smaller until at some point you realize there's no more vibration there's just Stillness and that way it's very quieting

I bought this for our kitty, as the 128 tuning fork is recommended for calming . She was very relaxed while I hovered it over her. Do use an activator pad to tap the fork on. It is also recommended.

This is not what I was expecting. It’s much smaller than I expected and it just doesn’t seem like it was going to work for me so I return

Product is as stated/sold. exactly what i thought id bought, with the exception of just how soft the aluminum is, and the screws are much harder. Be aware that any adjustments you make to the dampeners will scar the tuning fork permanently. Even very light tightening will mar it for good. the screws are harder than the aluminum fork.
