TE04XL Battery for HP Owmen 15-ax200 905175-271 2C1 905277-855 HSTNN-DB7T

I purchased this item and at first it worked fine, then over the course of 3 months lost its ability to hold a charge until finally it wouldn't hold a charge at all. I contacted the seller who was fantastic and promptly replaced the item. Sometimes a product unexpectedly fails, but the customer service was amazing and the seller made everything right!

Still going strong years after purchase. Extended my laptops life by literal years

Update 2024: Battery bloated after working perfectly fine for 3 years. This is also what happened to the battery the laptop came with. It's just a faulty design. Totally worth paying around $50 to get another 3 years out of a perfectly good laptop though. Yeah it works on my HP laptop. Fit in just fine. Hasn't bloated yet and charges just fine.

Either the batteries are not good or I just happen to get a bad one. After a couple of weeks, the battery life began dropping off rapidly. After about 2 months, it only held a charge for about 15 minutes and the laptop powers off.

UPDATE July 2020, to first review. A couple of months or so after I posted a review the company contacted me and offered a replacement part. I have received the part and installed it. After installation I again ran the system's built in diagnostics and the HP software says the part is operating within specification. My thanks for the company followup and making good on the purchase. After several charge and discharge cycles for the first few days after I installed it in my HP Omen laptop it seemed that it discharged too quickly. I also noticed that it would self discharge overnight with the laptop in Hibernation (NOT sleep mode). I then calibrated it using the laptops built in system tests installed at the factory (not using Windows10). After a four plus hour calibration and tests of the power system, HP reveals that this battery is only 88% of it's rated watt hours and self discharges with the laptop powered down. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Battery worked like it did before the old world not charge anymore

Made my laptop feel like new. Thanks.

I "juggled" with some other garbage organization that sent me TWO of these, that were both missing the tiny white "female" input piece to accept the battery cable. I finally ordered this, which was a bit more expensive, but it came fully loaded with EVERYTHING I NEEDED! THANK YOU!

Fait le job. Reçue rapidement et installation plutôt simple (si on a les bons outils).
