Not the best tool for motorcycles
Works well for most motorcycle tires, but for some "narrow" front wheels like are found on dirt bikes, something like a 90/90-21 it actually forces the tire bead past the drop center and onto the opposite high spot of the rim, for that size tire a 1/2-inch piece of wood will serve you better.

These work pretty good and stay on well
These are easy to get in place and stay on well. Also, the curved portion is smooth enough to let the tire edge slide up to the rim below allowing enough give on the opposite side to get the tire in place. These are handy to have.

Require some skills(know where to position the tools)
Work just fine with skilled installer. Im doing 225/40R18 & 245/35R18 on 18X8.0 &18x9.5 with Coast RC-45 tire changer(no assisting arms) without breaking(tools) or damage (tires) 👍🏻

I did not have a problem removing the tire from the rim but putting a new tire onto the rim was difficult. These inserts helped to keep the bead of the tire down towards the recessed part of the rim so you can flip the remaining opposite part of the tire over the rim.

When used on aluminum rims these do not hold well and pop off of the rim.
