Is shower head removable for cleaning and descaling

Yes although I changed the cheap shower head that came with it for a decent one.

Is this shower meant to come with the round bracket at the top which fixes onto the wall where the smallest shower head is?

How do I stop the swivel head from leaking? I have fitted it with the supplied washer and leaks from the top
