Simple but pretty necklace

I received one of these as a gift and love it. The chain is the right size, and the letter although small is suitable. Both the chain and the letter are sterling silver, so will last. Mine slides on the chain, with the chain running through the top piece of the letter. I decided to buy one of these for each of my granddaughters, so different mostly letters to my own of course. I bought 4 of them. The letter F the chain does not run through the F completely, but only through one part. They didn't make the top part of the F a tunnel for the chain to run through. With the other letters the chain runs through the letters completely, so they do not fall at an angle on the chain. I didn't realize the F would be like that, and it's not obvious in the photo or video. I don't understand why they made some of the letters to sit completely on the chain and others don't. Overall they are nice and a good price for sterling silver. Lots of reviews state that the letters are smaller than anticipated, but if you look properly you can see they're not large letters. If you really want a floating letter, be careful about which one you choose. In my case I bought an L, A, M and F. The L,A and M all have the chain running through the top part of the letter, and cannot fall from the chain at any part. It's only the F that is different. I've included photos to show what I mean.

My oldest child of 39 died on Christmas Day, ( my birthday )I have three kids, and wanted to wear each initial of their name on my neck as a tribute and memorial to each…, The look of these necklaces are nice chain is fine enough but seems sturdy pendant. Initial great size I have a P K L The P would not come off the chain at first I want to wear each initial together. I finally was able to get the P off the chain and onto another chain, but the initial P would not slide, which is a problem because it will cause the chain to snap each initial should slide independently or together. I have asked for a replacement, and they will ship me one then return the damaged one.

Bought this for myself as a first time mom and my baby’s name starts with a T. I’ve worn this while working out, swimming and bathing and it doesn’t fade.
