Drive Devilbiss Heavy Duty Rollator in Blue with Basket and Padded Seat and Back

Very strong and easy assembled

Arrived promptly but unfortunately had to return as too large and heavy.

The rollator was exactly as described but I hadn't realised how big it was and how much it actually weighed. There was no way I would have been able to lift it in or out of the car, and I'm not even sure it would have fitted into the boot anyway. It was strong and sturdy but it is so difficult to imagine the size and weight until you see it in the flesh.

The product arrived and it couldn't be adjusted - it was faulty. Returns were supposed to be free - amazon gave me £5 to help with returns but when i tried to return it I had to pay £25 for postage because it was too big!

This does exactly what I needed. The brakes give extra stopping power to steep hills, as well as anchoring your seat when you sit down. It's really made a difference to me being able to get out and about. It's also very satisfying when you walk into a crowded area with no seats and just turn and sit on one you've brought with you, which happens to be very comfortable as well! This is also about third of the price that other sellers have the same product on offer for, what a bargain

This rollator was very sturdy, but it was far too heavy for disabled user to be able to lift in and out of car.The rollator would'nt be able to fit through standard door frames as well.It was stated that this was free returns, but when I started to do the returns found that I had to arrange return with a courier to the tune of £30 (included insurance) and they only pay £4.75 toward the cost of the return.I will be very wary about ordering bulky items in the future.

The walker is sturdy enough and good quality, however it's about 1" too big to fit through traditional sized doorways, really is a design oversight, also adjusting the height isn't great to do on the fly or for car travel due to way screws are designed

Makes getting around shopping so much easier.
