The magnet is very strong and I love that the package came with an option to not use the cat backing. if I want I can remove the cat/ring and just have a metal piece on my phone. The cat is so cute though and the ring is useful for holding my phone. The ring spins although not smoothly. This is the only part that could be improved. The ring is pretty stiff when it rotates but it does work to prop up the phone on a table so I guess that's the point. Overall happy! Review: Cute and useful! Buy it - I am so pleasantly surprised with this purchase. First of all it is adorable! What's more is it's actually functional. The ring is completely sturdy, so setting up your phone to watch videos, read recipes, etc is so easy and it stays put. I'm not sure how it's so sturdy but also easy to move to put on your finger quickly, but they did a great job. It is also perfectly secure, I don't worry about it coming off my phone at all. As for the vent clip, it is pretty good. I use it daily, my phone has never came off, but if you take a turn a little too fast the clip will shift just the tiniest bit. Nothing that bothers me though. I was never a big phone ring person but this has changed me, and for the price?!?! It's fantastic.
