My husband has been in charge of making salads, everything he put in the salad was too large or small. I only complained once. My daughter sent this to me for my birthday, I told my husband it was a gift for him from my daughter. He was pleased. He makes the greatest salad now.. Not much mess and clean-up is easier. When he put apples in the salad looks so pretty because they are cut so nice.

If you just have leafy greens, it works. Or if it is jam packed so items cant move, it may work - but would perhaps be hard to cut through all that - depending on density of the items. But if you have a few items (ie: carrots, onion, whatever) each time you use the knife it just moves the items away from the cut, scooting them around. Waste of money for me.

Love this product. I am the only one here who eats salads and this is so quick - much faster then cutting everything up by hand.

I was disappointed about how difficult it was to keep the lettuce in place while cutting. When I tried to rotate to get a crosscut the lettuce fell apart. Not as impressed as I thought I would be. Sorry

I do not like it at all. It certainly doesn’t give me the end result of a beautifully cut up salad. ☹️
