I-Dog Amp'd great gift
I bought one of these for my 5 year old and 9 year old and they love them! They are really cute and easy to use. They've dropped them and they still work. The sound quality isn't excellent, but it's good for kids.

not used as much as we thought
We bought this and a Barbie girl Mp3 player for our daughter last Christmas. She uses her Barbie girl all the time, but I thought she would use this to listen to the music without her headphones. She rarely does. It's cute at first, but then it gets annoying because it's movements are loud and overshadow the music. Also, once you touch it, it takes forever to get it to shut itself off. It barks and taps its foot forever. Like I said, cute at first, then it gets old. She prefers my old CD player to listen to music over this.

I'Dog Amp'd
Bought this for my son for Christmas gift since it was sold out in all stores in my area. He loved it for about 3 or 4 days and then he forgot about it, I suppose. We have used this with his ipod and it has fantastic sound quality. Overall, I think this is a great item.

Childhood Nostalgia
I had one of these as a kid and finding one here that still worked for a good price was kinda hard until I hit this seller. Shipped quickly, it was in really good condition for it being an old used IDog Ampd, really sweet thank you note, packaged nicely with the fragility of the product in mind and it still works really well for being such an old electronic. 10/10 would recommend this seller.

I-Dog Static
We bought two of these I-Dogs because we thought they were cute, and we wanted a small, portable speaker for our music player. They are cute, but while playing music through the I-Dog, every time it moved, which it is supposed to do, it sent a wave of static through the music it was playing. This pretty much did away with any enjoyment of the music, and since that is one of the main reasons we bought these, we sent them back.

I just received my I-Dog AMP'd white. I'm honestly a little disappointed. I had one when I was younger and loved it. I saw a Facebook post about it recently and decided I wanted one. I was so excited to get it, but the motor is really loud! Unless my music is turned wayyy up all I hear is the motor. It's not practical when other people are home. I do however feel like I will enjoy this in the morning when I get ready. It is a cute item, but the noises are very annoying.

A bit noisy
I bought this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. She seems to enjoy it. It has a little personality of it's own. It cries/wimpers when it's hungry and you have to feed it (music). The lights are awesome and synch nicely with the music. You can even "mix" the music when you run your fingers over the face. I bought her the Barbie MP3 player which she hooks it up to. It will also hook up to her cd player or her computer speakers (if you have a headphone jack on them). The down fall I found is that you have to turn up the volume with the tail and it seems to be a bit flimsy. Also you have to turn it up all the way to try and drown out the motor noise of the unit and it still seems to be louder than the music and is a bit annoying when it's moving. Also the clothes that are available for the regular idog don't fit this version very well. The ear pieces, hat and scarf seem to go on without any trouble, however you really have to very carefully stretch and pry the sweater on and the booties for the feet don't fit at all. We also purchased an idog carrying bag for her. The idog amp'd is a bit large for it so the strap that is in the bag to keep it from falling out doesn't go around the idog amp'd. Therefore, You will have to be very careful that your idog amp'd doesn't fall out when carrying it. Also the location of where you plug in the wire to the idog amp'd is in a bad location and really you can't have it plug in to your mp3 player while in the bag and zip it.
