My parents often take them, it’s a good product but not sure how helpful it is as these ginger pieces are coated with salt, so it is not recommended for persons with high bp as it may increase bp. It also causes irritation in the throat and cough when there’s sore throat. If taken often everyday, may cause burning sensation in throat as it’s raw dried ginger. Nevertheless given four stars as it’s a healthy chewable and my dad likes them.

Last two occasions it was excellent. The current lot was bad . Found only after opening the box. In fact I need a free replacement by the supplier
