Is it BPA free plastic?

Japan when is comes to plastic that comes in contact with food have since the late 90s been against BPA. Their canned food is BPA free. I couldn't let the crack on their BPA laws go when we basicly have none. Baby food can liner could still have BPA here.

How tall are the feet on the bottom or can someone post a picture?

There are three feet. They are one centimeter 'tall'. I can also add that I think it works beautifully for rinsing the rice.

What is the capacity?

I usually only wash 2-3 cups, but I would expect the capacity is about double that.
