Helps with gums and enamel!
I admit I haven’t even gotten through my whole first bottle yet. I’ve been very sick which disrupted my usual tooth brushing schedule and led to all kinds of trouble with my gums and my teeth. Every time I did brush my teeth and floss my gums bled a lot. The first time I’d eat after I brushed, my teeth would hurt a lot. Now, after only ten days or so, there is no blood after I brush, just the white from me toothpaste. There’s no pain the first time I eat after I brush. I have gotten better at brushing too, by setting up a station on my nightstand, but even when I’d been brushing and flossing everyday before I couldn’t get rid of the pain and the blood completely. The pain was always there and even if the blood went down some, it was still there. These are starting to heal my mouth. I’m delighted. I spent my whole life obsessed about my teeth, until I got too sick to handle brushing them all the time. Granted the brushing station on my nightstand helps but I know from previous experience that no matter how long I brushed before I still had that pain and blood. I love these. For me the mint taste is great. If makes my mouth feel even more fresh. My stomach, which is very sensitive doesn’t have any issues with them. They’re a very easy to use, nice lozenge that just takes care of my problems. The size is perfect because I feel like it’s in my mouth long enough to do the good it needs to. I’d highly recommend these! Especially for people like me who’ve had a hard time with taking care of their teeth lately and have a lot to make up for!

Best thing ever! My dental issues are gone!
Absolutely can’t recommend these enough! I’ve had a lot of dental work lately and suspect my mouth microbiome is incredibly acidic. I’ve also had sore gums lately, but let me tell you, these fixed it all right up! They are great quality, very effective in doing what it claims to do, easy to use, the taste and smell are amazing and they seem to neutralize any redness in my gums. They seem to digest easily and feel good in my mouth. You take one after you brush your teeth at night and in the morning if you want. It recommends once or twice a day. These have been incredibly helpful and I plan to buy more! I got the apple flavored and love them! Definitely recommend you give it a try if you suspect your microbiome is off or any infection in your mouth. It also neutralizes bad breath! One of the best purchases I’ve ever made!

worth the try, easy to add into routine
I'm a big fan of L. Reuteri. I have definitely noticed a change in my oral flora since incorporating this probiotic into my life I take capsules during the day, sometimes make and eat "cultured dairy" using this strain, and then more recently add in hydroxyapatite toothpaste and tooth floss (both help remineralize teeth and dont disrupt healthy mouth bacteria, which reminds me, I stopped using germ killing mouthwash as it takes out good bacteria as well as bad). Eventually I added in a couple of BioGaia products. I also use their Dental Probiotic Drops , which I go back and forth with with these chewable tablets. I use this stuff at night. But when it comes to the tablets, sometimes I use during the day just because of the breath freshening aspect. I would say side by side the tablets are better value. But I like having both to choose from. The tablets are easy to let dissolves in mouth. Really just reminds me of a mint. I normally like to crunch down on hard candy and breath mints, but I try to let this sort of dissolve for awhile first. It is minty and pleasant. I like that i am getting a direct dose of L. reuteri. I still take my reuteri capsules and eat my yogurt, but having ability to have it directly in my mouth for awhile just adds a level of security that I like a lot. And between all the things I have been doing, my mouth flora has improved greatly. See, I have always had a pristine oral hygiene habit. Brush, floss, rinse a few times a day and get cleanings every 3 months. I had problems with gum health since I was a kid! I have been getting deep scaling since I was a late teenager. This isnt normal! I mean, maybe if I never brushed my teeth.. but I was always attending to my teeth. I carried toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and listerine with me everywhere. I always went above and beyond, but still dealt with perio issues. Frustrating. I would be told that my body chemistry just made it that way (given my decades of pristine oral hygiene). Sometimes it wasnt so bad, sometimes there would be regression in just a couple of months. It made no sense to me (but looking back, it might have depended in which supplements I was taking, perhaps I had increased fresh foods and yogurts more, etc). SO at some point I started looking at "body chemistry", and I learned about probiotics. I mean, such a basic thing, yet it really impacts everything. Even so, I just figured they were more for gut/bowel issues. Yet as I learned more and more about probiotics, AND started taking them (various ones, but L/reuteri caught my eye), I noticed changes in my body early on. Then, when I went to get a "deep cleaning" (under gum scaling), it was determined that I did not need one because there was no tartar underneath my gumline. But the prior visit I was told I was due for a scaling. That my pocket size had deepened. So in short period of time, my excellent oral care routine as well as inclusion of probiotics (and using the drops or tablets) every day made a huge difference/change in my body. Pockets within normal range, and no tartar on or under gums. That's wild! So yes, I think these are effective, or at least plays well into my routine enough that I will continue with them. I dont know if it would work its magic entirely on its own. About size of a standard breath mint. Not too big, not too small. Easy to use, nice flavor. --Probiotics and Prebiotic capsules --Foods/dietary habits that support all this (keep in mind I already ate well) --Good oral hygiene routine, especially at night. I take my time with flossing, being sure to get under gumline (again, I already had this routine in place for decades) --Hydroxyapatite toothpaste and good tooth floss. For both, I like cocolab products. Pricy though :( (but I think this style toothpaste much better for oral microbiome than traditional toothpaste) --I now skip mouthwash that it meant to reduce/eliminate bad germs because it also does same to good germs. Do what you can to help good germs, and the bad ones cant over proliferate and cause problems. --I use the biogaia drops or the mints (they have apple flavor too) --regular dental cleanings None of this may be all that impactful to you if you already do this AND happen to have a healthy microbiome because that is just how your chemistry is. But for those looking to get boosted, probiotics help a lot.

Works great
This is a great product. After just a few months my gums are so much healthier and even my dr commented on them

Have helped a lot! Apple flavor not so bad.
These received good marks from Consumer L@b, so I bought them. I'm very glad I did. My gums feel healthier and less sensitive. Unexpected bonus: my breath is better. This was the only brand in their category that was recommended by CL, so I feel like they actually contain what they say they do. I don't know the exact, technical definition for "lozenge", but I was thinking they would be hard and slippery, like a cough drop. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised that they are more like a tablet. The fact that they are not a brittle lozenge is good news because I can cut them and share the other half with my S.O. The dosage is one per day, but I really don't want to spend $46 per month just for two people on one supplement. However, if I develop some sort of tolerance and they stop working as well, we will probably start taking a whole tablet each. $46 a month is a lot in these hard economic times. But if it keeps my gums healthy, it will probably save me money in the long run by having fewer trips to the dentist. I almost didn't write that I cut them in half because I worry that the seller might read the above and decide to change the format to something that we can't cut in half. However, I am still including that tip with my 5-star review because I want other people to buy these so they keep making them. I fear they won't at the current price. I do wish they would offer a deal on, say, a 3-pack. They offer a lower price for a subscription, but I dislike subscriptions (too hard to remember/ manage). Also, I don't have Prime, and I don't want to pay shipping on something that I forgot was on automatic order. I chose the apple flavor because I usually find mint (unless it's the raw mint plant) somewhat stimulating. That's fine for the morning, but I use these after I brush my teeth at night. It's definitely an apple flavor, but there is some other flavor with it that I can't quite put my finger on. The flavor is not a big deal to me, though. They could be cayenne or garlic flavored, and I would still buy them because they don't take too long to dissolve in the mouth anyway, and they work so well.

Nice, BUT, too expensive for the other options available
I received a sample after my teeth cleaning for my dentist and decided to try them out. I really liked the flavor and diarrhea really liked the shape and size in texture. It was very nice balanced with a great flavor. They seem to last a decent amount of time in your mouth. With that said as much as I enjoy the texture the taste it’s hard to justify the cost for 30 mints which comes out to roughly .67 cents per mint. Very, very high-end side. There seems to be a lot of documentation regarding the ingredients however as stated on the product bottle, the statements are not approved by FDA. If the cost was more affordable, I would love these to be my premium mints as I do technically buy mints on the higher end, especially those that contain xylitol. I was hoping these would replace my current munts, but the price point and dissolve time, makes it hard to justify. So for now until they want to obtain a larger market share, I will be sticking with my XyliMelts (which can last all night and throughout the day producing saliva which ultimately helps with cavity prevention in dry mouth) Hopefully this company succeeds I would love to see them around, but they should be getting their mints below the $.20-$.25 per cost to consumer. And yes, I am a consultant, which is why this is probably written in a different manner than your normal reviews.

Great for your gums after dental work
Had a dental implant and it helped my gums heal faster. The apple flavor is amazing no after taste either

Nice light mint taste
Not sure they are helping anything but I don’t think they are hurting anything either. I use them before bed (after brushing) and feel like I wake up with fresher breath. They are a very light mint, not too intense. Also not too sweet and don’t make my teeth feel dirty like a candy would.
