Each tablet is pretty small making it very easy to swallow. This will last a little over the months. Just started using these so I'll have to see how well they work, but my uncle said they've help him get his energy back and feel more awake. He works graveyard shift and long hours.

Fantastic idea of rolling spirulina, and chlorella into one combined easy to swallow tablet . The only problem is on the package not saying as to what country the spirulina and chlorella are actually grown … That is the only concern I have .

Definitely easier to swallow than the normal green pills. I give a few to my cats and dog as well.

I read that B vitamins will blow away depression. My girlfriend would get depressed and have low energy. Since we started taking Spirulina, our energy levels are up. These are super easy to swallow and she is feeling better. I'm ordering more of this!

These tablets are small. Water is DEFINITELY required because they are somewhat dry but that's alright.
