Pretty good after hitting it with a heat gun
I used this contact paper to construct a bulldozer costume for Halloween. It's flimsy and sticks to itself, which made it cumbersome to work with. it also didn't stick as well as I would have liked to cardboard boxes. I had a difficult time applying it smoothly without any bubbles or wrinkles, but that's to be expected for an adhesive material this large.Hitting it with a heat gun after applying it to the cardboard made a huge difference. The heat caused the material to shrink a bit, which smoothed it out and eliminated most of the bubbles. It also caused the adhesive to stick a better. I used an 900° heat gun, but a hair dryer should work just as well (albeit slower). Make sure you start from the center and work your way out to allow air to escape without sealing it it.

Worked great for covering an accent wall
Worked great for covering an accent wall. The roll was just enough to cover an 8ft high, ~12ft long wall with a door in it. I bought purple vinyl star stickers to cover the rest of my wall in my bedroom and it's super cute! A great way to decorate without pissing off the landlord. Also, you can attach photo frames to it and it won't fall off! But for 3M hooks and such where you'll be putting a lot of weight on it, I'd reccomend cutting a hole in the paper and attaching the hook to the wall directly. It's worth noting that it is a little thin so in areas you overlap it's a little obvious, but it doesn't bother me at all.

Used on kitchen wall!!!
I have 2 vintage bar stools that my children use. My daughter has completely destroyed the paint on my kitchen wall because she swivels into the wall. I can't paint... I really can't afford to hire someone to paint it. So I decided to try shelf/contact paper. HUGE SUCCESS!!!!!!! The bottom darker color is the contact paper. I asked a guest if they knew it was contact paper, NOT AT ALL!! You could only see the seams when looking up close at it. Looked like wallpaper.

Perfect to cover smooth surface
This was easy enough to apply, but thin so it will tear if you are not paying attention. I think any dark pattern will show through, it is not completely opaque. I used it to cover some ugly hand me down office furniture. It worked great on the metal filing cabinet and a very smooth wooden bookcase, but did not stick very well on a bookcase with a rougher finish. I had to follow up with double sided tape on that piece.

Vinyl is not opaque.
I was going to use this contact paper to cover some boxes. The color is great (orange), but the vinyl is not opaque at all. I have white boxes that have pink highlighter writing on them. The box also has a product sticker on it in black and blue. I laid the contact paper plus backing on the box, and could read the highlighter words and the sticker information right through the vinyl and the backing paper. I will remove the sticker and do something about the highlighter and still cover my boxes, but I would have preferred to just know that the vinyl is not opaque before I ordered it. i would not have purchased it. Seems like for the price, it should have been opaque.

Stick with the Brand Name "Con-Tact Paper" not the inferior and similarly priced 'Magic Cover'.
I had ordered this product with the express impression of obtaining Con-Tact Brand self-adhesive 'paper'. What I got was a product which I had purchased earlier near my home.I received 'Magic Cover….' and this product is thinner than the Con-Tact brand product. Both are offered at similar costs but this product stretches a bit due to either the thinness or materials chosen for production.

See through!!!
This is not an opaque contact paper. I used it on top of another designed contact paper and you can see through it.

The color is just perfect!
Great color. Just what I was looking for.I got this for some shelving in my kitchen, the color matches the rest of the decor. The backside has lines for easy cutting guide. Fairly easy to apply, it it just a little thin but well enough. I love that it’s easy to remove and readjust if needed. I also like that it’s easy to remove. This will be used well with dishes and things going across it, so I expect that it will eventually get some wear. ..so when I want to replace it it’s not stuck on, so it won’t ruin my shelving. The price is excellent for what you get. I recommend this product.

Sticky
It does stick well to the surface. Thought it's a little bit transparent so if you wrap 2 objects that are not exactly the same color, the yellow wont be the same.If you try to peel it away, you will be left with a sticky residu and it's hard to remove.

Wortks well, but a bit on the thin side
We used it to line the walls and shelves of the inside of a kitchen cabinet nook from which we removed the doors. Inside was white melamine, and we wanted it black. Took patience but turned out well. CAn tear easily when working with it. Just not sure how long it will last or how durable if it gets caught with an edge or sharp corner.

Good for outdoor use
I used this to wrap my dirt bike, to make it more interesting.I installed his over 3 years ago, and it's still mostly intact!I have some leftovers, I'll cover my kitchen drawers with it.

Good for the price
Works great, easy to clean, adhesive isn’t so good if you have small pieces around a corner. There’s a lot to the roll in case you make a mistake. Only issue is when cutting I had trouble seeing the lines because they had instructions repeated throughout the whole sheet.

It was really easy to reposition if I misplaced it at first
I used this product to cover my ugly rental cabinets in my kitchen. It was really easy to reposition if I misplaced it at first. However it is quite thin and I accidentally cut it a couple times and it is slightly transparent however so a little bit of the woodgrain showed through, but that added some texture. Overall I am happy with how this product worked out.
