An xps15 9500 fhd+ does not exist with the listed 3840 x 2400 pixels max resolution... please clarify or update if this is 1080p or 4k?

This listing is for the FHD+ variant, which is 1920:1200. The UHD+ variant is 4K, at 3840x2400.

I don't want touch screen. Is there a version of this without it?

I believe the FHD+ option isn’t touchscreen. However, you can turn off the touch screen on the UHD+ in the settings.

Is that screen 15" or 15.6"? Pls someone can tell me? On the top it says 15" and at the bottom it says 15.6"

It’s 15.6. The number at the top is the model not the exact dimensions.

Can you confirm the 4k resolution? it says fhd which doesn't come in this size resolution (unlike the uhd tocuh screen version)

This model is the 1920x1200p one. FHD (Full HD) is 1080p and above. The product page incorrectly claims 3840 x 2400 (UHD). I do not believe there is any 2020 XPS in that resolution. At this screen size though I would argue it doesn't matter much. It's a gorgeous screen.
