I rarely write reviews, but this machine and the people behind it absolutely deserve one. I purchased this hot foil press to create premium foiled business cards for my small business. Like any precision tool, there is a learning curve. I spent time experimenting with temperature, pressure, dwell times, and different foil brands until I found the perfect combination. Once everything was dialed in, the results were outstanding. The machine is solidly built, heats consistently, and produces crisp, sharp impressions with excellent detail. I have now produced over 100 premium business cards, and every run has increased my confidence in the quality and consistency of this press. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their customer support. Melina has been nothing short of incredible. Every question I had was answered quickly, thoroughly, and with genuine patience. She never made me feel like I was on my own. She helped me troubleshoot my setup, recommended the correct foil for my application, shared practical advice from her own experience, and even arranged for a custom brass die of my company logo to be manufactured and provided at no additional cost. That level of customer care is almost unheard of today. It was clear from the beginning that she genuinely wanted me to succeed, not simply sell me a machine. As a small business owner, that kind of support means everything. I can wholeheartedly recommend both this hot foil press and the company behind it. It's a quality machine backed by people who truly stand behind their products and their customers. I am in love with this machine and what I can do with it. I saw lots of complaints in the reviews and online about its not having any accessories with it, but the listing was quite clear about that. The machine works well and is a great value. It comes with all the necessary tools and includes extra fuses and a thermostat wire. My only complaint is that although there is a manual with the machine, it would be very helpful to have more resources, particularly about which accessories work with it and how to adjust the machine. The manual is very sparse in its instructions. I spent a lot of money on a letter stamp set that I wasn’t sure was going to work. It was an American made generic set, which works very well, but only because the manufacturer included several ways to attach the letter holder. The slot on the stamping machine is somewhat narrow and would not fit the bolt on that set, but another connector was provided that worked. If you are looking for letter sets, pay attention to the width of the slot and try to figure out if your bolt will fit. As to the machine itself, the only complaint (and I’m not sure if I would call it that—it’s a minor thing) that I have regards the set screws on the shaft that allow you to raise and lower the stamping unit. The biggest challenge in stamping is positioning. When I released the set screws, the machine not only moved up and down on the shaft, but it can rotate freely. I know at this point someone more experienced with machines will laugh at me, but I am having a struggle resituating the stamping portion of the machine so that it is square (thus making my lettering straight).. If the heating portion didn’t rotate, this would not be an issue. But I’m sure this will not be an issue for anyone who is more experienced. Finding more information about accessories and even how to use the machine is a challenge. I went on a search for videos and found only one specific to this machine. (It was very helpful and told me how to adjust the height of the machine; otherwise I never would have known.) If Fasttobuy would provide that information, it would be very helpful. I know that the company makes stamps, etc., and I’m sure that they are very helpful with their own products. However, I bought the generic set because of its price and the number of letters it included. Most of Fasttobuy’s sets don’t include enough letters to print the names I want to print. All in all, though, I am very pleased with the machine and plan to have lots of fun with it.

This hot foil stamping machine is a total game-changer. It was incredibly easy to set up and I was getting professional results almost immediately. The interface is intuitive, making it very easy to use even for those new to foil stamping. What really sets this apart, though, is the outstanding support. They made the process of getting custom dies made completely seamless and stress-free. If you're looking for quality equipment backed by a great team, this is it!

This product is amazing, but what is more amazing is their customer service team. I ordered a dye and they kept asking me for a vector but I had no idea how to make a vector file. Other companies would have given up on me, but not them! They had someone create the vector for me. They stayed in touch with me and made me feel as if I was their most important client. Received my Dye! And it is better than I imagined!!!!!

Pros: it hot stamps, small, light weight, inexpensive Cons: hot players is stationary therefore your hand needs to go under the hot plate to adjust, no criss cross light. Hard to find letters to fit

We purchased this so that our company can hot stamp profits t packaging in house. The machine itself takes a lot of learning. We tried and failed many times before getting it right and playing around with temperatures. The machine only comes by itself with some extra fuses and a manual. The manual is primarily in Chinese, so you’ll need to navigate and teach yourself how to use the machine. We ordered a custom die from the seller it was (3.5” x 1.5”) and the cost was ) $50. The die was shipped from China, but I received it very quickly. The end result with our die and finding the settings that worked well for us turned out very beautiful. We were extremely hesitant after we received the machine and we actually contemplated returning it, I’m very glad we kept trying because it makes a world of difference on our packaging.

Does not hold even heat and can't be used with nice quality foil or high quality foil stamps. Went out after I used it for one project and the "product support" website doesn't load.

Very happy with this purchase. Absolutely recommend using a square to attach the stamp in relation to the platen edge. If you're getting your stamps custom made, ask the seller to leave straight edges on the stamp base, or it makes them harder to align, as many knock off excess material around the design. The platen is made of aluminum and can get marred slightly when tightening on a foil stamp. Go gently, use a washer and you'll be fine. I do wish the channel to attach the stamps was longer towards the back, so I could use slightly bigger stamps without having to reverse them, but I figured out how to make it work. M5 all-thread works good through the slot (you can go M4 or 3/16, but there will be some play when fastening, so make sure you have it centered with a good hold before tightening). I love that the height is adjustable, but I wish the top press part would stay facing forward without swiveling when unbolting to adjust. It would be easier if the pole was notched to keep it on straight. Also, having a template or vice to place a large quantity of the same type of project repeatedly is a huge help. I wish they sold those as well. They seem to be harder to find to fit this model, so I make a custom one for each specific project. Once I got it all sorted and the temperature tests dialed in, it worked like a champ and cranked out a ton of items with decent consistency.

The ONLY reason this gets 4 stars and not 5 is because soon after I started using it the fuse blew, and it then subsequently blew every spare fuse supplied - there were 4 spare 5amp fuses which probably says something! However I purchased some 6.3amp fuses ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B085N3Q2ST?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title ) and the problem was solved - with only a days delay - thanks to Amazon Prime! the machine has now worked faultlessly for several weeks now and I can only assume that the problem was due to initial current surge overloading the fuse when turned on. The other thing to be aware of is the temperature zooms up to nearly double the dialled in temperature before settling back to the dialled in temperature (in degrees C). This takes around 5 or 10 minutes depending on the required temperature. The results are excellent once you've done some practice runs, I now use it in my leather work and I'm blown away by the quality of the imprints now that I've got the temperature, time and pressure sussed - for me 100 deg C, 1 to 2 seconds with enough pressure to collapse the springs without bottoming out. Would definitely recommend. BTW don't forget to let it fully cool before removing the letter stamping beam - I learnt the hard way!

I have used it for several month now and happy with it as far as setting temperature & accuracy I think it is pretty good. The difficulty is that I can't find any accessories to attach letters, or jigs . I use a square brass stamp and figuring out the right location is difficult.

I ordered this foil machine for my small biz and so far I'm impressed! I appreciate the size as it doesn't take much space and is easy to put away when not in use. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that it included all the little tools and even some tester foil sheets. The instruction manual includes photos which is also very helpful. All in all I'm very excited to see all the pretty, shiny, foil-y things I can make with this machine!
