Good quality, beautiful chopsticks! The chopsticks themselves are made of black plastic, and have different colored decorative metal tops with rhinestones on them. I like that each set has a different colored top (black, gold, silver, light blue & light pink), so they'd be great if you have several people over, each person gets their own color! :) I've had mine for several months now and they've held up well, no issues at all, they still look brand new. The paint hasn't faded or chipped, and no rhinestones have fallen out. (I always wash mine by hand, just to ensure none of the rhinestones come off. I've never put them in the dishwasher, so I can't speak to how well they'd hold up in there.) I bought them mainly because I love to eat Japanese noodles, but my husband & I also use them to eat Chinese food, and he likes them a lot. These are a little bit thicker than your average wooden/bamboo chopsticks, so it feels a little different holding them. But I do like that they have ergonomic indentions near the top to make them easier to hold, and the tips are textured to make it easier to grip the food. Overall, I think they're a great value and would definitely purchase these again!

I got these as a stocking stuffer for my son for Christmas and he just loves them. The decorations at the end of each chopstick is very nice and elevates the look of the chopsticks. Good quality and they are reusable and nicely made.

They are just as shiny and beautiful in real life as they are in the pictures. I have been using these for over a year and they are just as beautiful as the day they came out of the box! The beautiful patterns have held up well and the glossy look has too. I have only washed them in the dishwasher twice but they weren't damaged at all! I love them and my daughter does too, I think it's about time I buy her own set!

I really liked these chopsticks. They were pretty, easy to hold and use, and easy to hand wash. The problem is they did not get along with the dishwasher. It's not all the chopsticks fault, there's just no good place to put them in my dishwasher. The high heat dry didn't help things as the heat loosened and discolored the metal end caps (aluminum pretty much always discolors in dishwashers and these were no exception). For me it was a lesson learned about chopsticks and hand washing only, even if the materials are technically dishwasher safe. Now that's out of the way, I have to say I really liked these. I started using them to eat ramen and it changed my life (I'll never use a spoon again). Takeout is so much more enjoyable when you aren't eating it with cheap, oversized toothpicks. And I can't overemphasize how nice they looked and felt in the hand. The little textured bit at the end actually worked pretty well for gripping. I'm probably going to order more of these soon because I miss them that much, and thankfully they aren't that expensive.

I really like these chopsticks! They came in a nice box that you can use to store them in when not using. They're light, comfortable to hold, and I had no problems with them. The ends are also textured to help grip the food. The decorative end looks and feels like a thin metal and are colorful and pretty. I've washed them by hand and will continue to do so. They can slip through the holes in your dishwasher's silverware basket (at least on mine), which could cause them to snap, so I recommend washing them by hand. Even if you have a basket for smaller items, I'd still wash them by hand, just to prevent any issues with the decorative end. Overall, the price is great, they work well, and I'm happy with them!

EDIT Jan 2026: Adding an update that, 5 years later, my boyfriend and I still use these regularly! It's our only set of chopsticks. They're still in perfect shape as we only ever handwash them. I've attached an updated photo - the gold ones we've never used, and the blue/red ones we use every time, so you can see how they've held up. ORIGINAL: I bought these because I wanted to have reusable sticks that are better for the environment. We use chopsticks a lot in our house. I absolutely LOVE how they look. Incredibly gorgeous and very easy to tell them apart. They have a nice weight to them and feel comfortable in the hand. They also have a nice coating at the bottom that makes it easier to pick up food. I never put them in the dishwasher - always wash them by hand and they are still in great shape. No damage. No discolouring or falling apart. I would highly recommend these!

Deceptive marketing, I’m not impressed with plastic for 20$

Se ven muy bonitos, y la forma que tienen a lo largo del cuerpo ayuda con el agarre para los que estan aprendiendo a usarlos. Yo temia que al ser de fibra de vidrio se fueran a despostillar con un golpe, pero han aguantado el uso e incluso andar rodando entre los demas cubiertos de muy buena manera. Por alguna razon me es imposible utilizarlos si no es el par correcto del mismo color, podrian estar embrujados >.<

I had been using bamboo chopsticks for years, but they were too light and didn't provide enough grip, which made picking up food difficult. I assumed I just wasn't very good at using chopsticks. After doing some research, I learned that fibreglass chopsticks are widely recommended for their durability and grip, so I decided to try this set. The difference was immediate. They have a reassuring weight, a textured non-slip finish, and make handling food much easier and more precise. They've genuinely elevated our Asian dining experience at home. Looking back, I only wish I'd bought a set like this years ago. Highly recommended if you're still struggling with lightweight bamboo chopsticks.
