GREAT PRODUCT
We had a lot of issues to get the paella's burners going even with the slightes wind not to say when it was windy there was no way to do a paella outside. This skirt blocks the wind and solves the problem althoug you need to adjust the gas because the pan gets hotter than usual, i guess it is just a matter of getting used to the gadget. Great problem solving idea!!!!

Even without wind, still concentrates heat better than without
Love it! No more makeshift shield with foil. Also, using a burner who's outer ring is the same size as the paella pan...heat tends to dissipate into the room, or air. Pan gets much hotter using the wind shield which directs the heat directly onto the pan with the windshield in place. I discovered this while taking my new 32" pan for a spin on my burner which fits up to 36". If the coil is too close to the edge of the pan, the heat disbursed outward and actually heated the room more so than the pan. When I put the wind shield on the pan, the heat was then directed just to the pan and the water started boiling almost immediately.
