I read all the reviews before I bought this pan and was somewhat leary about my purchase. I have had 3 other griddles including a cast iron griddle to cook my pancakes. Each of the others (other then the cast iron) warped and became unusable within weeks of purchase. The cast iron was just to hard to maintain and at times my cakes stuck to the surface. I wanted something simple, fast, and reliable. I had purchased a 12" GreenPan frying pan and was very happy with the quality and decided to throw caution to the wind and I ordered this griddle. It is heavy duty, and I think that is what is preventing the warping issue. I have had this pan 5 months now and I use it a lot. Almost every day for breakfast, either pancakes or bacon and eggs. I have yet to have any issues with this pan. It is still non-warped, the coating is perfect, and I absolutely love how well and evenly this thing cooks my food. Now granted I do treat my pans like royalty. Nothing touches the surface of my GreenPans except silicon tools. And they are only ever washed with Scrub Daddy sponges. I do intend to purchase more GreenPan pans. They are very complementary to my Calphalon stainless steel pans.

I had been looking to replace an older teflon coated pancake pan after hearing bad press about health concerns over peeling/worn teflon used over time. I have other Todd English Greenpans so now I have added to my collection. I have used it twice now and I do like it! Pancakes slide right off. For all my Greenpans, I always preheat my pan on a low flame on my gas stove for a few minutes before adding any Pam or oil, warm that and then add my food. I also find less sticking if I let the food cook for just a bit before flipping it. As with my other Greenpans, I do expect that clean up will continue to be easy even over time. If I do burn food, I find that if I simmer a little water for a few minutes in the pan after I remove the food, I am hardly scrubbing with the cleanup. I really like the fact that these pans are ceramic coated and non PFOA, and that they can even go into the oven! Found this was even cheaper here on Amazon than some teflon coated similarly sized/shaped pans at my local department store..even when on sale!

Do not purchase. Everything sticks after 2 uses. They wouldn't make it right to replace or refund. Apparently using avocado oil leaves a gummy film. I was told to use a Mr. Clean Dry Eraser and if that doesn't remove the microscopic film I will need to purchase a new GreenPan square griddle. Never purchasing anything from GreenPan ever again. I now have a very expensive piece of trash

This is a nice quality product we bought for camping. The ceramic surface never requires using grease or oil. It cleans up easily. It doesn't heat as evenly as I'd like, but is adequate on a camp stove.

I love the Green Pan brand so I’m not surprised I like this pan. Amazon is the way to go to get individual green pan pans because the free shipping is too high on the website. These are durable, but I still baby mine and it’s super non-stick. It’s easy to clean, looks good and the flat square pan is great for doing pancakes or French toast.

My wife absolutely loves her griddle, she says it is perfect for cooking tortillas
