Got this for a painful shoulder problem. It is flexible and I am able to mould it over my shoulder no problem. I wrap it in a tea towel and it does ease the pain. I use it after my stretching exercises which I have been told to do. Very pleased with my purchase.

I’m a Myofascial practitioner and recommended ice packs all the time, nothing to dislike about this one it’s well made a good size works perfectly. Holds coldness for a good deal of time for controlling swelling due to injury. what's there to say except first class product.

Best Ice Pack ever. It's flexible (does not freeze hard-it's completely malleable/shapeable to my needs but at the same time stays cold for a long time.) It is a "clean" freeze in the sense that the pack itself doesn't have any moisture on the outside that would make it have some frozen ice on the outside-something other ice packs do. I ordered this product because of its size (I have arthritis up and down my spine) and this is the first to cover the entire area I need to be iced. I literally have 2 shelves of my freezer full of ice packs-I've tried all kinds. I think I can now get rid of some of the older ones. This is by FAR the best icepack I have ever found. Will order a couple more in case it is discontinued-it's that good!

Love this! Bought it mostly for the wrap. I suffer from joint pain, in every joint. Sometimes my wrist hurts, sometimes it’s my ankle, or my knee, or my shoulder. So this is great, I can use it as a knee brace, wrist brace, or as a sling for my shoulder or elbow depending on what hurts on a given day. I also use it to wrap my head to help migraines! The ice pack is also super good quality, either as an ice pack or as a hot compress.

My husband has been using Artic Flex Reusable gel packs for the last couple of years. He has different sizes for different areas, and loves in them.

It covers a very large skin area which was needed for eczema out breaks on the persons back or legs.
