Bought 5 dolls, dismal results
I bought 5 dolls; From the Constellation Set: Virgo, from The Tarot Set: The Wheel of Fortune, The Fool, The Justice, The Strength. All of these dolls came within about 2 weeks (which makes sense due to the Pandemic) but got here in terrible condition. The Wheel of Fortune was the least damaged. Every single one of them had badly heat damaged hair. I know it isn't normal, considering I have 8 other of these dolls and they are all beautiful.The Wheel of Fortune, The Fool, The Strength and Virgo all had extremely damaged hairThe Justice, which was the worst out of all of them, not only was the one I was looking forward to the most, but her dress was to big for her, the velcrow on the back tore the dress, she was missing the yellow necklace on her dress, her winged staff was bent/bowed at a bad angle, also presumably from heat damage, AND her hair, like all of them, was crinkly and crunchy to the touch. It felt like she had just been sitting in high heat and that was how the damaged happened.Currently, I've ordered replacements for all but Wheel of Fortune as she was not damaged enough to warrant it. I just now got the replacement for The Strength and The Fool. Both still had heat damaged hair...once again... I haven't received the replacements for The Justice and Virgo, but I'm not holding my breath.This is highly disappointing, especially considering all the reviews of 'beautiful silky smooth hair' and yet I've received 7 dolls all badly heat damaged...I want to keep buying these dolls, but how am I supposed to when 7 dolls in a row have badly heat damaged hair???Incredibly disappointing, and they probably just lost about 4 buyers, considering I got my sister and a few friends into these dolls as well...When I contacted amazon, after the first set of replacements came in, I was told no replacements were avaliable and was only given the option of my money back and I could "Order more if I so wished"... How am I supposed to expect to actually get what I pay for when 7 dolls have failed in a row...Disappointing and I'm not exactly impressed with Amazons reaction to it...I did contact the seller, and they were incredibly nice and explained that they were based out of the US and the dolls I was getting were from a warehouse IN the US... indicating that whatever the issue was, unfortunately, it wasn't their fault considering...Which means that this is an issue with amazon... All I wanted was a doll for myself, and a few to give as presents...

Simply Beautiful~
If you are a BJD collector and you're on a budget, these dolls are for you. The face paint up is perfect, the hair is silky and professionally rooted and the clothing is intricate and crafted to last. She was well worth the near month long wait. Then again, if you are in the US and these dolls are from China, you're gonna have to wait a month if you don't pay double for the soonest shipping. This doll is extremely beautiful and she looked exactly like what was displayed in the photos. I plan on purchasing two more. I bought this one as a Christmas gift for my best friend. She and I both love it. Thank you!

If you buy hopefully you have better luck.
I was very excited to get her, I brought a few others all hits and misses and this one was a huge miss. All of them come with real eyelashes but she did not. And even worse her head wouldn't even stay on. She does Not come with the necklace shown. And she's was missing her staff. I was very unhappy with her and did return her. Sad because the doll photographed is beyond beautiful.

She is very well made and beautiful for the price I am very impressed her staff wasn’t together when I took her from the box but was easily fixed with glue, she was also missing her necklace! But all in all I absolutely love her!

very pretty doll but does not look Asian.
This is a very pretty doll and nicely packaged. However, she does not look particularly Asian and reminds me more of a clone Barbie. I wish she came with at least some sort of extra accessory or outfit for the money. 30.00-40.00 is a lot for a doll. Overall the doll is well made but not my favorite in the line.
