Hard support
This item isn't working for me. I thought it would help with my lumbar back problems, but it doesn't. I gave it 4 stars because it is well made. It may work for you. Unfortunately it doesn't for me.

I find the lumbar support cushion to be excellent. The seat cushion is fairly thin, moves around too much, and doesn't add a lot of comfort.
