I really love the AGARO Marvel 25L OTG. It's perfect for normal home use and works really well. I baked brownies in it yesterday, and they turned out great. The OTG is easy to use and a good value for money. I also received a free demo session through WhatsApp, and it was an excellent experience. The trainer explained every function clearly and patiently answered all my questions. She even told me that if I have any doubts in the future, I can contact her, and she would be happy to help whenever she's available. I really appreciated her kindness and support. Overall, I'm very happy with both the product and the customer service. Highly recommended! ⭐

I am extremely disappointed with both the seller and the quality of the product. This is not my first purchase from this seller—I have ordered this product four different times, hoping that each replacement would finally be a genuine, working unit. Unfortunately, every single order has been a complete disappointment. The products I received appeared to be used or previously opened rather than brand new. Even the replacement units did not come in a proper brand-new sealed box, which raised serious concerns about the condition of the product being shipped. The biggest issue is that every single product I received was either physically damaged, defective, or completely non-functional. Most importantly, all four units failed to power on at all. Imagine waiting for a replacement multiple times only to receive another dead product every single time. This clearly shows a complete lack of quality inspection before shipping. It is shocking that after four attempts, the seller still could not provide a single working product. Customers should not have to go through repeated returns and replacements just to receive an item that functions as advertised. I have wasted a significant amount of time waiting for deliveries, requesting replacements, repacking products, and returning defective items, only to receive another damaged or non-working unit. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from this seller. Based on my experience, the quality control is extremely poor, the products are consistently defective or damaged, and the replacements do not resolve the issue. I cannot recommend this seller until they improve their quality checks and ensure that customers receive genuine, brand-new, fully functional products.
