Why is this reburished Mac Pro, more expensive then a new one?

This is a similar model new (its costs about twice as much). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q1NC3GY/ref=sspa_dk_crr_aax_0?psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyVU8yVDFMUEdJT1NPJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMDU4NjEySFNOQkRZMklZVTVCJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTAwOTE2MDQxUEIyOUNWN0pYRzk5JndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfY3JyX3NoYXJlZCZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=

How can the screen be 27",if the item dimensions are 8x25.6x20.3 inches?

Trust me...I bought one of these iMac Pro 27" and I would not take a million dollars for it. I replaced an older iMac 27 that had died. I am so Happy I found this renewed model on Amazon....the screen is the 27" per Apple iMac standards. Go to Apple's web site and you can read about the technical specifics...measurements...etc , directly from Apple. Hope this helps with your question

My order come with different keyboard and mouse but not magic keyboard and mouse is not apple product?

I saw that a generic keyboard and mouse was included so I bought a new Apple wireless keyboard, mouse and trackpad. Got myself a set of Bose computer speakers for good measure.

what the box measures for sending by UPS?

It can in the normal Apple packaging.
