These are not a prenatal vitamin.. they are a prenatal dose for DHA & D3 which are both amazing for brian development. If you are looking for a prenatal vitamin this brand has an option for that. I loved supplementing in this vitamin along with my prenatal. Always read ingredients list before purchasing any vitamin, not just the label.

I have been using these for several months now. They are nice, small pills and are very easy to take. They don’t have any fishy flavor or smell, like some other fish oil supplements do. I also like that it’s two pills instead of one, because I can take only one as needed. I also appreciate that it is wild-caught.

I take this with prenatal vitamins and my nails are growing. Very easy to use.

I liked these because they were so small and easy to swallow. But didn’t love that you had to take 2 pills per day, so you run out quickly.

I prefer this over others. It’s gel so no awful taste in your mouth. I take them still while breast feeding.

The labeling is misleading. This is not a full prenatal plus DHA. This is JUST DHA which is fine if you pay close attention to the ingredients and not just the front label.

It came in earlier than expected. Easy to swallow can't wait to see how they work in the next few days
