CLS2LB Passive Closed Loop Extractor, 304 Stainless Steel, 2 lb./1000 g Size

The pic on Amazon’s site is of a 1 lb extractor. The send you the correct 2 lb extractor. The box arrived demolished, I’m fairly sure I have all of the pieces. It almost made me give it 3 stars, but that would be unfair because product is well made.

Ill be honest we were excited as can be at the prospect of a new 2lb tube to replace our old smaller Ablaze column so we bit the bullet and sprung for the 2lb closed loop system by best value vacs and purchased a bvv oven to complete the set! Around 3,500$ total! Well we unboxed the oven first and other then a little confusion as to what to turn to unpressurize the oven it was a breeze and we loved it! I mean what beats a shiny new purchase! However too our complete surprise when we opened the closed loop system it was basically only the tube, a few clamps a couple gaskets and few hoses! The entire bottom of the system where your collection takes place was not there! Thats about half of what we ordered and for almost 2000$ Thats kinda crappy! When contacted they stated that after we return the item they will replace it or refund our $ which is understandably our end desire anyway but this will set us back in our most precious commodity which is of course time! Now I'm hoping that the oven is fully functional as it seems! Beware of parts missing is all i am warning you of! Have a great dayUpdate: well this “1000g” tube is able to hold around 230g of flower or 310g of trim and be ran successfully! Pretty disappointed in this 2000$ purchase, tryed packing column tighter but couldnt chase tane through it! After repeated attempts to contact bvv they have as of yet responded! BUYER BEWARE a reputable company would answer there emails! I love how there sight claims they answer messages immediately 24 hrs a day! Yet its been weeks of attempted contact to no avail!!! All is not bad however we love the oven!
