Can I use these to groom my dog? Cut his fur?

Although I don’t know anything about dog grooming, I will say that these are the sharpest scissors I’ve ever used.

What country is home of the State of the Art Purpose build vertically integrated scissors manufacturing unit that makes these shears?

It was Istanbul but now it's Constantinople. Sorry, now it's Istanbul not Constantinople. Been a long time gone.

Left-handed scissors?

I am another customer, not Amazon or the seller. I purchased this item. It is a very nicely made and fine working scissor. It is not offered in a left hand version. You will need to shop for one that states it is left hand.

will they rust if kept in a bathroom basket?

I keep them in a drawer, no rust yet
