A bit on the smaller size but it's very cute, works well and it's enjoyable - I've always loved Cuckoo clocks.

This is a beautiful and well crafted cuckoo clock. I ordered it on a Sunday evening and it cleared customs from Germany on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Wednesday. Amazing services.

I ordered this as an early Christmas gift for my daughter. She said it arrived in good condition and was a hit with everyone who came to her house in December. All the parts that were supposed to move did so and her dog is still worried about the cuckoo. He sits on the back of her couch and watches for it to come out.I deliberately bought a battery powered clock as my family had bad experience with a mechanical one that required frequent repairs to the chain mechanism.

Authentic German Cuckoo Clock, love the sound and is beautiful. Easy to set up and worth the money.

Clock did not work. Returned it immediately. It has been six weeks and have not received my refund yet. Would not recommend using Cukoo Palace for any purchases.

First I will report that I love this clock, but. When it would hit the hour everything worked with the exception of the little guys arm, it would not crank the beer mug. I had to do some heavy debating about sending it back. I asked the question on here about if it can be fixed or adjusted. A few buyers responded, one of them said he had the same problem and he adjusted the long steel arm in the back so it made proper contact with the plastic gear, this put the little guys arm in motion as the water mill turned. I done it and fixed it, at least for now. I would probably recommend sending it back if this happens to you.

sehr schnelle Lieferung ,sehr gute Qualität , stabil aus Holz gebautes Gehäuse ,man freut sich auf jede Stunde ,wobei 1 schöne Melodie abgespielt wird nach dem Kuckucksruf und das Mühlrad dreht sich bei der Musik dabei !

Buenas el reloj muy bonito mejor que en la foto y por ahora funciona bien tanto las horas cuco y melodías.

El cuco se queda algo pillado de vez en cuando. No sale de su casita.Después de un par de semanas usándolo no pierde hora.. solo le pongo el pero al cuco

Die Uhr habe ich für meinen Vater bestellt. Die Verpackung war sehr professionell. Die Verarbeitung ist auf hohem Niveau. Die Stimme dea Kuckucks ist von einem echten Vogel nicht zu unterscheiden. Haben den Kauf nicht bereut.
