The versitle setting are very good and the Blue/White features are excellent
Have not used the lamp for other than a short period and am hoping that it has extended and lasting results. Have already recommended to another person who is sensitive to low light situations as we have for many months here in the Northwest.

The Light is Bright
This light is bright! If you have trouble with light because of headaches of whatever, this product might not be for you. I am enjoying my light in my windowless office. It has helped me feel like I am not shut up in a cave.
