Hook not stuck properly to plate
The plates are very pretty but the hook is not stuck properly to the plate. I installed these plates only 3 weeks back and one of them fell down yesterday on its own, the hook remained on the wall. Its very disappointing -- I want a refund!

Hook not secure
Though the product looks nice, the hook wasn’t secure on the plate. The hook stayed on the wall and the plate fell down. I have glued it but obviously it cannot go back on the wall in this state.Would appreciate a replacement of a plate.

Nice colourful wall plates..easy to hang..however the print quality on it could have been better....a bit costly though..
