Excellent quality, easy to put together. USB ports were a pleasant surprise. Would like to buy the loveseat too, but currently not available.

You get what you pay for and this is the best couch I could find within our budget. Yes, it’s not “real leather” but if it was, it would’ve been too expensive for me. (Gel leather is way better than bonded leather without too much of a price difference.). The couch looks and feels like the real deal. Buying through Prime with the payment option is what sealed the deal on buying sight unseen through Amazon.Delivery went well and I appreciated the auto call I received telling me the truck would arrive within the hour. The couch is reasonably easy to put together though having a 2nd person home would’ve been great. Breaking down all the cardboard and dealing with the packing stuff took me longer that getting the couch put together.Reading what others said about the back piece to the cup holder/console section being under the couch was a lifesaver; I was freaking out about missing a piece then remembered that sounded familiar. Speaking of the console, the hinges are flimsy; however no more flimsy than some couches we looked at in stores. Again, you get what you pay for.You can recline your feet out with a wall behind you!!! I wasn’t sure about that before purchasing. Two of the recliners are against a wall so that’s a big plus that we’re not damaging the wall. The other recliner has open space behind it so I can truly recline and even go almost flat.The cushioning is great. Both the overweight and the thin people in my household are comfortable. Also the corner seat is pleasant which was not the case on our previous sectional.Very happy with this purchase and could not have done any better in this price range.

For reference, I'm a bigger dude, 250 and 6'1. Reading some other reviews I was nervous that the size of each individual seat would be small, but I couldn't be more wrong. I would even have room for another 50lbs of me in the seat, don't tell my doctor.Amazon delivered it right to my living room, it's so easy to set up it's nearly impossible to do it wrong, it clips in like Lego's. Comes in 4 HUGE boxes but is very light, and once together is sturdy and doesn't slide. I even did one of those "It's been too long of a day so I'm going to collapse now" things where I threw myself into a seat and the couch didn't slide backward or budge, even on hard wood. 10/10 quality on the gel leather as well.LED's for some reason have a strobe function lol. Regardless, it's great. Cup holders flip upside down to support coffee mugs in the cup holders, which is a nice little unexpected feature.I'll say this though, plan your space. The couch is big and long and barely fits inside my living room area. For reference in size, my TV is 55" if that gets you any idea of the scale.

Didnot deliver it in the house. I had to bring it in out of the rain by myself and I’m almost 80 years old. Once I got it inside it wasn’t hard to put together

Our fabric is just not holding up. We have had this about two years and the top coating (gel leather)is just peeling. The fabric does not have a whole or anything just the grey color is peeling off.

We've had this sectional for several years. The only positive note is that it is comfortable until it breaks. My husband's spot where he sits is now in a permanent laying flat position and we're replacing this sectional (finally...furniture is expensive). When we were attempting to figure out why it was in a permanent lay flat posture, we found that the materials used to build this POS (piece of sectional, we'll say,) were of very poor quality. To note, my husband is 6 feet tall and under 180 pounds, so it is not a size issue. RIP - rest in pieces, POS (piece of sectional;) you won't be missed.

I am so pleasantly surprised at how nice this couch is being bought sight unseen on Amazon. Love the red color....very nice red, not to bright or burgundy... just right. The black stitching & trim is really very nice. There are 3 full recliners in this 4-piece sectional. Delivery people just brought it in...did not put it together but it was really easy to do....took about 40 minutes. It is boxed well w/pieces together for each section. Just snap the back pieces onto the base segments & then hook the sections together. We could not find one of the pieces that make up the back behind the console but it was actually packaged in a zipper pocket under that segment of the couch. The couch is extremely comfortable and the depth of the seating area is perfect for me & my spouse. The only negative comment if any is that the flap sections that cover the back of the sections to finish it off are a little hard to get velcro'd under in a way that is smooth all the way around. All in all, good experience so far....

We purchased this loveseat recliner, brown hours after the price had DOUBLED on the red and gray versions. Very happy getting the brown before the price increase. Delivered as promised and very well packaged. Completely easy to assemble. Color and fabric quality is rich, beautiful and wears well. Both seats and backs recline independently, easily, smoothly. The leg rest section has one up position, no median positions—your legs are up or down. Seats are roomy and very comfortable. Arm rests are ample and very cushiony. The only defect is the fabric flap at the bottom back of one seat, which should velcro-attach to frame is an inch too short-to secure so hangs loose. I'll work to steam/stretch or alter it to fit properly. This will make this piece of furniture perfect.
