No effect so far
Came in a resealable bag. Have almost finished the whole pack now but no improvement on my low iron symptoms. Instead now I have gastritis. These seem very harsh on the stomach. I had great improvement from another brand but bcos they take longer to deliver I bought this. Not buying again.

High quality, worth the cost.
Very high quality product, it is very difficult to find high quality grass fed beef liver capsules in Europe. Without this company I would have to order from Australia or America.Compared to other liver capsules it may be more expensive but having tried those I can tell this is much better. Beef liver capsules that are not grass fed have a very strong smell to my nose that make it very difficult to get down even in capsule form. These on the other hand have no unpleasant smell and extremely nutritious.They also ship all over Europe I'm based in the Canary islands and even managed to get them to me during this quarantine.Liver is natures multivitamin and is vital for proper cellular metabolism and health.

Better than perfect
I used to take the Perfect brand, but this one seems better as I no longer get a mid-afternoon energy slump every day and generally just feel better all over, sleep has vastly improved too.I take two capsules with breakfast and two with lunch which beats cooking and trying to gag down fresh liver once a week.

Just a warning that my last order came in a resealable bag and not the usual plastic bottles. So might be worth keeping a bottle to refill.

Natural source of iron
Delighted to find this cheaper than other brands. Am hoping it cures my anaemia without resorting to the non heme iron in standard prescription tablets.

Expired?
I’ve taken these before when they came in the bottle but the ones I got in the pouch stink like they are rotten and taste horrendous. It says it is not expired on the package but I cannot even take the smell.
