DC Comics Super Hero Mad Libs

I remember loving mad libs as a kid - and because these were so reasonably priced, I bought them for inclusion in party bags. The cover is decent card stock with a nice bright image, but the paper inside is more like sugar paper, or basically, the cheapest of the cheap paper, however it really doesn't matter - the kids enjoy them anyway and could care less about paper quality. We bought another mad lib book and it was the same, so think it just goes with the nature of the item.My 10 year old is familiar with the words verb, adjective, adverb etc, but my 8 year old isn't - however with a little help, we usually do them together, they really enjoy coming up with the words to insert. Each madlib is a page long and is preceded by a page where you can fill in the terms before inserting them into the story. However you can just insert them directly if you are doing the madlib on behalf of the children with their answers.In my opinion the stories are really naff - much of the time the sentences are just silly and don't make sense, as for example, the subject matter of the sentence can change mid sentence. If they were edited more carefully, you could get a better result. However the kids don't care, they just think it is hysterical. Toilet humour works best for the most amusing results if you can stomach it.
