Great for stubborn dents,..don't forget the glue
Long story short, I slipped fell back and my head hit the front fender on our chevy pickup. It left nice sized round dent as a reminder. I looked at other dent pullers and there were basically three types.The one I had used before where you drill a small hole and use a bar to pull a dent out. I didn’t want to drill a hole so I moved on. Second type was the kind that uses over-sized suction cups to grip and pull out. Problem with those is that they only work well on completely flat surfaces, my dent location not so flat. Last on the list was this device.First off it is solid metal, good! Because the handle is shorter with plenty of room at the top it allows you to get a good grip. That makes it relatively easy to pull out even stubborn head-sized dents lol. It comes with basic instructions on use with large photos for those unsure how to use it. It also has a variety of tip sizes which is helpful.The only issues I encountered had to do with what didn’t come with the device. The product description states to use glue with glue gun. Problem is unless you read that last sentence it does not come with a glue gun, glue or the yellow plastic glue scraper (as shown) used to remove the glue dot when done. Not a big deal for me as I had those items already on hand except for the scraper. If you get this just be aware you will need those items to use this.Otherwise I am very happy with this device.

Good bargain
Plastic tabs break somewhat easily, be mindful of glue set time. I am 80% satisfied with debts I pulled with hammer. PDR quotes was $650. What a bargain. Watch YouTube on how to.

works, but perhaps a dab of loctite once assembled
For a lighter weight slide hammer, thing works pretty good. The head for holding the pull tabs is a bit sharp which can start eating through the tab shafts if not paying attention to the seating of the tab in the hammer's head. Also happens if pulling tab at an angle. I would recommend some loctite for the threaded pieces, as after half a dozen pulls the pieces loosen. Not a big deal and a quick fix if it's annoying. The flat surface black tabs kinda suck compared to the colored dimpled tabs. Get a real glue gun 60watt minimum for the glue pulling, highly recommend a 100watt Glue gun. Night and day difference in adhesion and pull power with standard crafters hot glue.

Use this with other tools
The tool is what it is. My issue is that the glue will pull away from the bodywork and not pull out the dent. Despite this and other tools I've used I think you really need to pay the money for professional dent removal for the best results.

Don't do it!
Can't pull the tinest dent, even after cleaning and prepping the surface. The plastic clips either don't stick or when they do, they just break off completely. Onto your car.. Glue becomes a real issue afterwards.

Leave the glue on over night for the best results
It does work but not completely , for the most part it does not remove all the dent

It seems to work on small dents use some hot water before you use the suction cups

Does what its supposed to do.
Seems good quality and should last several years or more. I wish it also came with a few suction cups but hey, definitely not a deal breaker. Would buy again.
