This seems like a nice backpack. It’s big with plenty of pockets. My 5th grader is not using all of them at this time. They maybe more useful in middle school? Can’t comment on durability yet as it’s been less than a month.

This item came exactly as pictured. The straps feel sturdy and the bag has lots of room (and pockets). There are two side pockets so water bottles can go on either side. The material feels strong and easy to clean. The zippers do feel a bit delicate and I was worried about them not lasting, but the customer service seems good (as someone else mentioned in their review) and I do feel comfortable that if there are issues they will take care of them. For sure I will write an update if that's not the case.

So disappointed as I have bought so many good things from Amazon including other good quality and value for money school bags for my kid but this one is an absolute waste of money and time. Shoddy stitching. Not even worth my time to post a photo - looks so cheap and nothing like the pictures.
