I love love love this pill holder. Pros: - This thing is stylish. I'm a little self-conscious about my medication, so I don't really like carrying around my bright orange prescription bottles... This way I can have my pills with me at all times, in plain sight, but nobody notices. It makes a pretty sweet keychain even without the functionality! - It helps remind me to take my medication, and there's no such thing as "Crud! I forgot my medicine at home" (unless you leave your house without your keys, but who does that?) - It is darn sturdy, it's been attached to my keys for a while now, and I just chuck my keys wherever most of the time. I drop my keys on the sidewalk, throw them in my backpack with whatever junk is in there, or throw them on the counter. Even scratching up against my keys a gajillion times, I don't see a single scratch on the holder itself. - It seals very nicely. I was a little worried my medication could get damaged if my keys got wet, or what if it comes unscrewed? But you must screw the cap on with multiple turns, and there's a gasket in the lid that ensures it's waterproof. I swear every time I open/close it I'm like "man, this thing is solid..." Con's: - None. I cringed a bit at the price at first, but it is totally justified by its quality. And part of me wishes it were a tad bit larger to hold more pills, but it's a really great size for a keychain, so it's hard to be upset lol. This thing should be standard for people who take medication regularly. I love it.

I thought 20 bucks was a bit pricey, but I ordered anyway because reviews were overwhelmingly positive. In fact I bought three of them, expecting it to last a year or so. It turns out the fob is so well made, I'm still on the first unit three years after purchase. I carry it everywhere, and open and close it frequently. The screw threads have never shown the slightest wear, the O-ring seals as well now as when brand new. Very well milled steel. Definitely worth it. I mostly carry modafinil tabs in it, and they fit perfectly, neatly stacked, up to 8 tabs. The pills never get stuck, unless I break one in half and re-store a half, and then very seldom. The O-ring seal means as long as the lid is screwed down tight, no moisture gets inside. I once went swimming in a pair of board shorts with the key fob in one pocket, and the contents stayed dry. Another plus I've noticed is when going through airport security or roadside checkpoints (in SE Asia), when police/security manually examine the case, they never seem to notice that it opens -- that's how well the lid integrates with the overall design. I don't carry anything illegal in it, but it's nice not having to explain to them what the contents are. Update: I lost the fob while traveling, and tried buying cheaper versions of the same thing, three times. The quality was so poor on all three keychain pillholders that I'm about to re-order the Cielo. The others squeaked as you unscrewed the top, very distracting if you're sitting somewhere trying to be as unobtrusive as possible while dispensing your meds. As far as I can tell after an extensive online search, Cielo is the only company making a high-quality product of this nature

This pill holder was exactly what I was looking for. I researched many different brands, sizes and attributes and I kept coming back to this one, so I took the plunge and ordered it. Its the perfect size for what I need. It will hold between 7-10 average size pills depending upon the shapes. I have a few different sizes and they fit with room to spare. The construction, fit and finish are spot on and the rubber seal fits perfectly. My only wish would have been to have it in a black finish, but I'm very happy with what I ordered. This pill holder is a little on the pricey side but for the quality of materials and construction, and its made in the USA, I'm willing to pay a bit more for it to last hopefully a lifetime. I definitely recommend this little pill holder.

Really well built. I've had mine for eleven years now and it's still perfect. The price feels high for what it is, and I think it probably is a little higher than it should be, but the thing is really high quality. It's heavy stainless steel that you could drive a pickup truck over and it would be totally fine.

Very nice and heavy. Stainless steel as described. I got Slim Single Chamber. Inner size is 0.513in (13mm), my tablets are 0.479in and the fit perfectly with very little movement, which is what I was looking for. My tablet is 0.479 (13mm) x0.148 (3.75mm). I can get 10 tablets in it snug and waterproof.

I was going to give it four stars but I gave it five anyway. I would have given it only 4 stars because of the price point. I am always happy to buy American but I wish the price was a little better on this. I would give it 4.5 stars if that was an option too because this product is great, quality and appeal. I know there are several options available especially those cheap Chinese knock off's but this is the real deal, high quality. One thing, make sure you wash with soap and water really good, you can still smell the oil in/on it from the machining. Too bad they don't do that at the factory. No big deal to me though. I uploaded some pictures to help visualize how big it is. I have fit in two Kirkland Acetaminophen caps. Thought I could do four but they get stuck. Two is loose. Second test, I put eight Kirkland aspirins, but the lid squishes them so seven is probably best to keep the water tight ring engaged. Third and Last test, I put in two prescription Omeprazole caps along with a couple Zantac's and a couple Famotidine tabs altogether and that will be my emergency heartburn capsule. In case you are wondering, no, I did not put all of these in together, each test is independent, you can only fit a few (2-6). pills/vitamins and that's it. About what I expected anyway. Great quality product and glad I can support Buy American. Highly recommend and would buy another one of these. By the way, not too heavy for me, I would expect a sturdy product in a stainless steel vessel like this.

Sehr solide verarbeitet. Wenn man seine Tabletten stets bei sich tragen soll, ist dies eine der besten Lösungen, da man ja für gewöhnlich nicht ohne Schlüsselbund das Haus verlässt. Ich habe mich für diese Pillendose entschieden, weil sie eine der wenigen aus Edelstahl ist und ich nicht sicher bin, ob meine Tabletten mit dem Aluminium, aus dem die günstigen Dosen sind, reagieren würde. So bin ich auf der sicheren Seite und würde das Produkt jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Contenitore in acciaio, perfettamente rifinito dentro e fuori, all'impressione estremamente robusto, compreso di anello anche esso in acciaio per l'aggancio al portachiavi. Apertura, chiusura perfetti. O-ring di tenuta stagna sulla chiusura a vite. Consegnato in una scatoletta di cartone contenente il contenitore in acciaio e un piccolo depliant informativo. Anche il package è di buona qualità. Può essere utilizzato come regalo. Unica osservazione forse sarebbe stato carino trovare un o-ring di ricambio. In ogni caso è un ricambio reperibile in qualsiasi negozio di idraulica degno di questo nome.
