Rollers are not 100% Jade - false advertising

Roller feedback - The product is not 100% Jade. I own jade and know of its varied consistency, texture and density. I bought this product under false claims and I'm extremely annoyed as the '100% jade' rollers are actually made of plastic resin. My nail caught a roller and it scraped like resin. Jade's a tough durable material and you would have to drop it on a hard surface to make it scratch or shatter the hard stone - it cannot be scratched with a finger nail. The product is being sold under false claims - most customers will be unaware that it is not genuine jade. I wrote to the sellers asking for an explanation as to why the product that they have sold me has rollers made from plastic resin and not 100% jade, before I take the matter further with Federal Trade Commission and/or write an Amazon feedback review. However no-one has responded, even to inform me that they are looking into the matter hence I am uploading the review to ensure no-one else purchases this false product where the rollers are not 100% jade but some kind of plastic resin. Do not waste your money on purchasing this false product.

Hmm

I really really like the box it came in, how easy it is to use and how useful it is! I definitely feel as though it’s doing stuff and it’s fine for when you’ve got a migraine but after 2 weeks of using it mine fell apart !! I am annoyed as I’ve been unable to contact the seller requesting a new one due to a faulty product!!
