Expiration Date seems very short - Purchased first week of Jan 2024 - Best buy is March 2024
I received my Gelpan Cold-100 today 2.2 lb. Getting ready to make my first batch of Gelato at home and noticed the expiration (best by) is March 2024. This seems very short. I would assume if you producing gelato in large quantities, the short best buy date would not be an issue. i will come and update depending on how this works.1/9/2024 - i made a couple batches with this base and it does a nice job of stabilizing the gelato. i bumped my rating from a 1 (due to the short shelf life) to a 4 based upon how well its working.
