Get a soundbar & It will sound like a big TV
Decent little TV for the kitchen. The sound reminds me of the transistor radios of the sixties or when we would link 2 soup cans with a tight string to make a walkie talkie, quite tinny . I remedied the sound problem with https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TBLGDF7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 soundbar available on Amazon. I also bought a under cabinet TV mount bracket to keep it of the kitchen counter top. We are Comcast customers and the seller said there is no code available so you'll need to turn it on and off with the supplied remote. The Comcast remote will change channels and change the volume.

Can't directly access digital channels.
Bought to use as a kitchen TV. It is the right size for the space, so far so good. I scanned the local channels from my main home antenna and it picked up a good number of channels. Problem #1: I can find a way to directly access these channels. I thought the -/- button on the remote would allow me to enter a digital channel like 2-1, 4-1, 5-1 etc. There is no response from the -/- button at all. If one wants to access local digital channels one has to use the CH up or down button like we did 30 years ago. Problem #2: A Roku stick will not fit into the space allowed for the HDMI connection so I had to buy a male/female adapter cord. When I connected the Roku using the adapter I got a "not compatible" error message. I have contacted both Amazon and Tyler customer service and have received no help to solve these problems. If you have the time and patience to go through an entire channel lineup to find the channel you want and you don't care about being able to use Roku then this tv may be OK for you. I found it to be very disappointing with no help available to solve my problems.

VOlume a Probelm
I am very satisfied, overall, with the TV. Just the right size, very good quality picture. There are two concerns:1. The remote cannot be paired with our provider; not Tyler's fault, just the way it is.2. The volume is MUCH TOO LOUD. I reached out to Tyler and was told it cannot be adjusted. Since I cannot pair the remote with my provider's remote, I cannot adjust it from there. I am forced to watch television via the closed captions, rather than a tolerable volume.I will say the Tyler customer service responded very timely.

All you could reasonably expect
Works well, a nice manual, and two unexpected extras: an antenna and a car cigar-lighter adapter. The remote enables access to nearly every imaginable function, though the buttons are tiny and hard to read. The important message here is that the software supports more functionality than many big sets; nothing seems left out. The connectivity -- cable, HDMI, VGA, etc. -- is excellent. It is easy to buy a tiny adapter if you must connect to a flat twin lead antenna wire. Sound is no more tinny than the TV's size implies. A sound bar would probably be a good idea if this is bothersome.

Easy to put together .
I bought this small TV for my kitchen to use with my Roku. If there was supposed to be a wall mount in the package I did not see one and the sound is not quite as full as I was hoping it would be. I have to play it at a high volume in order to hear and understand what's being portrayed on the screen.

Great purchase
I bought this for the kitchen counter and couldn’t be happier. The speaker isn’t the best, but I connected a better one I had around using the audio jack. I also connected my Roku stick so can watch movies too. I’ve had it about a month and it’s one of the best purchases I ever made for myself. Use it every day.

Direct TV Connection
We were able to connect to Direct TV using the HDML (?) connection. However, we were not able to download the remote to the Direct TV remote. So, we have to use the tv remote to turn on the set and adjust the volume and the direct tv remote to change channels. We are making it work but be nicer if we could use one remote. We didn't comment on tech support since we did not use them.
