Steel 2-Burner Portable Griddle Top Cover

I had been looking for a carbon steel griddle for stove top and pellet grill use…. This is great, and with a price point that makes it fantastic for the abuse of the grill/smoker. I wanted one that would cover two burners for stove top… only thing I might do differently is to get one a little wider

Could be like an inch to inch and a half longer, but it's awesome regardless, works great, but the handles get stupid hot being slightly over the gas burners

I was looking for an oversized griddle & the size is perfect, but the heat distribution could be better because it's not even. This griddle is heavy. All in all it does the job for the proce paid.

Upgraded the kitchen and now have a professional 6 burner stove but was having trouble finding a grill/griddle/flat-top that would fit and function. FOUND IT. Fits perfectly over two burners either front to back, or side to side. So check that box. Heat distribution - follow the instructions and heat the pan slowing with even burners and this functions just like a flat top. and since I seasoned it, this cleans up just like my cast iron pans. The wife was a little concerned when she saw the blackened finish, but she loves the results!

It's well made, heavy duty and should last forever. The sides keep the food on the griddle, It stays on my stove for pancakes ,sandwiches, burgers, Phiily steak, eggs, bacon ,sausage, ect. It also fits perfectly on my three burner propane camping stove so I can use it right on the patio or take it to the campground! I love it.

This is a nice weight and covers two commercial burners perfectly. One side runs hotter than the other, but I just adjust the burner on that side a little lower when I'm cooking.
