Lucas Oil Red N Tacky Spray Grease

We use this grease on surfaces that are exposed, particularly on our forklift fork bracket to make adjusting the forks easier. It works well, sprays on very easily, and it sticks well. Our forklift is stored outside and the grease holds up well to the weather, at least 2-3 months between applications. We also use Red Tacky on the lift chains and if you spray it close to the links the grease penetrates pretty well. It goes on as a foam but quickly condenses and soaks in. I do wish the seller offered it in six or twelve can cases to make purchasing a little cheaper.

The stuff is great, so I still give it 5 stars. Horrible packing. Whose idea was it to ship them like this???

This stuff lives up to the name—red and tacky! Sprays on easy, grips like it means business, and stays right where you put it. No more squeaks or slipping parts. Messy? A little. Worth it? Absolutely

Used it to silence EXTREMELY noisy leaf springs and bushing mounts (on a lifted ‘06 F150 FX4) after neither white lithium grease nor heavy duty silicon spray proved to be effective. Almost deducted a star or two because it shoots with force and releases a larger amount than desired, resulting in many red spots on the driveway, but I decided it was operator error. Spots partially washed away with a garden hose but completely disappeared after first rain. Similarly priced to other aerosol lubricants and produces a fine stream. Plenty of grease left for future applications. Would be excellent if a straw tube was included. Purchasing an extra can as soon as I submit this review.

Works great. I use it on my snowplow on all the moving parts and joints. Stays in place even on the snow and salt.

This grease is somewhat more expensive than regular grease, but I've found it to last in the more demanding applications like in areas that get wet with water for example. I have both a regular tube of this Red n Tacky grease, but the aerosol is the answer for injecting the grease in tight spots, or into a steering box, or into a tube that houses a cable for examples. It saves having to mess with a grease gun for some uses. Very useful grease!
