When put on floors to reduce airborn sound transmission (voice, etc) what is the STC rating?

Peacemaker 6.4mm is not very effective for airborne sound as the STC rating is only a 4. It is however effective at reducing footfall vibrations, with an IIC of 56. Our Peacemaker 3.2mm product has an STC rating of 19 and is more effective for airborne sound transmission. Overall, the product(s) you will want to use depend on the desired outcome.

Could this be installed on a fence between two layers of fence boards panels to reduce road noise? Or do you have a product you recommend for this?

Yes, it can be. Peacemaker can be used outdoors. The same principles of soundproofing apply: increase mass and significantly reduce/eliminate air flow. In addition to mass and air flow, it is ideal to create a constrained-layer in which Audimute Peacemaker is sandwiched between two layers of harder, more dense materials. Could i line walls with this under a tapestry to quiet noise transfer from my condo to the one next door?

Peacemaker 6.4mm is typically used on floors to help with vibration that travels to a lower level, and it is installed underneath the final floor. Peacemaker 3.2mm would be a better product for your application, though it's best when installed under a layer of drywall to more effectively help to control the noise transfer. Simply adding Peacemaker 3.2mm under tapestry might help take the edge off and provide you with minimum relief. I don’t see why not, but it is very heavy material to work with and very hard to cut.
