We bought this to use in our 3 storey house, first when elderly mum ill and needed assistance in middle of the night. Now she is mobile again but can’t go and up and downstairs without being accompanied. She uses it to call me when she want me to ‘fetch’ her. It really works and the option of either some pleasant tune or a flashing light is great. I have not read the instructions, it seems obvious what to do.

The product arrived promptly but only one handset worked. WIthin days the receiving unit developed a defect in that the light now flashes all the time. Clearly an unreliable, poorly made piece of kit. If, like me, you need this in order to sleep, safe in the knowledge that you will hear you loved one if they need you at night, then do as I am about to do and invest in a decent, reliable alarm. The reviews indicted this was not likely to be a durable itme , but I thought it would at least work initially and give me security for more than a few days. I won't be able to relax until I have replaced it with something decent.

Easy to set up and use, reduces the times when my wife has to shout for me, especially good when I am out of the house in garden or garage

The only slight disappointment for us is that it doesn’t t work over all of our three storey house though it’s fine over two floors. Apart from that it’s brilliant!

If I could give it no stars I would. One of the hand sets didn't work at all on delivery. Changed the battery but still wouldn't work. Used for 1 week and then stopped working altogether. Complete waste of money.

This product gave us peace of mind to be able to contact someone in the house if help was needed following a recent health issue. The instructions, probably translated, were not easy to follow, to connect the transmitter to the receivers, but we got there in the end more by luck !

Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von 2 Tagen und entspricht voll den Erwartungen. Installationsbeschreibung ist in englisch, durch Bebilderung jedoch verständlich und gut zu handhaben. Nachteil: die Funkübertagung ist einwandfrei. Nach 2-3 Monaten müssen jedoch die Batterien ausgetauscht werden. Zu erkennen ist dieses durch Dauerleuten des Empfängers.

Habe das Teil zweimal für meine Freundin bestellt. Jedes Mal funktioniert nur ein Notrufknopf. Meine Freundin ist sehr enttäuscht. Hätte sonst gut geklappt, aber Sie braucht zwei Notrufknöpfe.
