Completely dissatisfied with the product. Ordered with high hopes given the detail & reviews about the product on Amazon. Applied strictly as per instructions. The smoothening / keratin effect goes away within a week after couple of washes. There is no response from the company's customer care. Consider your money in drain if you plan to buy this costly product. BUYING THIS PRODUCT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einem Produkt, welches das Relaxen von Haaren substituiert. Meine Haare sind von Natur stark lockig (afro afrikanisch) - und kurz (ca. 4-10cm). Das Ergebnis nach der Anwendung ist sehr gut, sie sind glatt, geschmeidig, eben so wie man es sich wünscht. Die Anwendung ist jetzt 4 Wochen her. Jedoch fangen die besonders kurzen Haare an sich wieder zu locken. Diese e.g. Haarpartien gleichen trotzdem nicht dem Ursprungsformat; sie sind weich und der Radius der Locken größer. Die längeren Haare hingegen sind weiterhin komplett glatt. Kleine Tipps: 1) Wenn man die Haare mit einem Glätteisen 1x pro Woche behandelt bleiben sie trotz Nachwaschens weiterhin glatt (auch die kürzeren werden wieder glätter). Ich habe mir extra ein Glätteisen für kurze Haare bestellt, damit geht's schneller und einfacher. 2) Glätte die Haare nach der Anwendung die nächsten 3 Tage mit einem Glätteisen nach; am besten richtet man hierbei die Haare so aus, wie man sie sich als Zielfrisur wünscht. 3) Wasche deine Haare nicht oft; 2-3 mal wie Woche mit Sulfat freiem Shampoo oder wenn's geht sogar nur mit einem Keratin Conditioner. Ich empfehle es deshalb, weil nach jeder Wäsche das versiegelte Keratin sich mehr und mehr vom Haar löst. Viel Spaß

Okay this is a very honest product review. I have to get my hair treated every 6 months because it’s a frizzy mess otherwise. I found that before when I did it in some hairdressers and the treatment didn’t sting my eyes the treatment lasted 1-4 weeks. Which I was not happy about, if you know Brazilian Keratin Treatments are expensive. I found a really good hairdresser after the few disappointing ones and stuck to that and their products stung my eyes. I’m only saying this because I realised this product also did and so I was kind of reassured in a way. HOWEVER, now that covid-19 has come along I haven’t been able to top up and resorted to doing it by myself. I have 2 types of hair textures on my head and this Product really really worked well to smooth the frizz out. I was sceptical because once I finished the process my hair felt a bit brittle and rough but after the 3 days were over and I had I washed it out with the shampoo and conditioner my hair literally felt lush. I purposely air dried to see how the treatment worked and to my surprise it actually worked well! My hair is silky and smooth and pretty much straight/ wavy rather than a confused frizzy mane. I’m shocked at how cheap the product is! Definitely worth purchasing. Also, the instructions are so easy to read and follow! Another thing, I managed to do this process by myself but it will be better if you can get someone else to do it for you.

I’ve been paying over $200 for a Brazilian blowout, every 6 months. I figured I would take a chance on this after reading the reviews. I am SO HAPPY I did. The treatment works! It was easy to use, didn’t have an overpowering smell and made my hair so soft. About five days after I did the treatment, it was pouring rain. Normally my hair would frizz up and I end up looking like a poodle. Not this time. My hair stayed straight and no frizz. Wonderful product!

Where to start. First pic regular hair PRE treatment (washed/brushed/ air dry/ half flat ironed) second pic (washed/brushed/air dry ONLY). I am half black and Indian for background context on the hair type. After having kids my curl pattern has depleted to non existent. My hair was basically just an odd beach wave turned FRIZZ PUFF. I had a trip planned and really just didn't want to fight with my hair. I've contemplated paying the $400-$500 salon fee for the keratin treatment. Just couldn't justify the cost not knowing if it would work. So I did it, I purchased this product. Again... OMGGG!!! I'm floored with the results, obsessed, shocked like actually in awe. Okay I'll explain the process I did below to get these HOT HAIR BABE results! 🔥 purchased rubber dish gloves 🔥 washed my hair x2 with clarifying shampoo 🔥 med heat, 100% blow dried my hair 🔥 sectioned my hair in x3 sections 🔥 placed FAN towards my face, opened all windows and turned bathroom fan on. 🔥 applied Keratin Treatment using gloves/fine tooth comb spreading evenly and removing the excess. I did leave a bit more on the ends. They were extra dry. (eyes were watering but honestly the fan made it 100x better) 🔥 med heat, 100% blow dried my hair (eyes were definitely watering during this process) 🔥 started flat ironing (each section 5-7 times) (the more steam that came out, the more it burns the eyes so I started to walk slightly with each flat iron press. This allowed the steam to not get me in the face. sooo much better plus the fan was a game changer). ❗️kept treatment on my hair for x3 full days ❗️each day I flat ironed my hair again AND added a small amount of keratin treatment all around my edges only, FLAT IRONED AGAIN. ❗️FINALLY hair wash day, used the Shampoo/Conditioner!!! Holly smokes the immediate difference in the feel, look, texture. ❗️LOVE LOVE LOVE the results!!! Note: honestly, this product had amazing reviews that out flooded the negative ones. My only hesitation was that it would make me bald lol and I'm a mom of 2 so TIME, once I said YOLO in my head I realized it was the best decision ever. I did notice before I started that I had some major spit ends. I realized after my first flat ironing following the keratin treatment that the detangling brush did break off some of those ends but honestly ugly hair baggage lost for the better. For the negative reviews giving this product bad reviews because of the smell/ingredients.... common girl you know what you purchased and the reviews were anything but shy so you should know what you purchased. At the end of the day the product works if you use it to a T and maybe then some!!! Anyways, give yourself the HOT GIRL SUMMER you deserve and buy this product!!! I don't even care if it last 1-2 months, to wake up fabulous for 30-60 days is a win for me 😉 CONFIDENCE WIN FOR ME!!! I will update in the following months for full clarity on how my hair journey went!!!
