I get outside every morning to muck horse stalls in cold weather. This time of year is about 30 degrees Fahrenheit and these were the perfect answer. I like that they are just slightly stretchy, especially in the waistband. I am 5' 91/2 and weight of 170 and bought the XL which ended up being just right. They could have been 1 inch longer in length but I find this length acceptable. The belt is cute that came with it. The fastener (button) for the pants is not a button but a hook and slide component. They give you 4 pockets total (no back pockets). I love that all the pockets have zippers and large enough to handle a Samsung Galaxy cell phone. I have not been paid for my review.

I ordered a large and XL not knowing what size would fit me best. Both fit the same and I'm wondering if one was mislabeled! The tags were removed from both pairs so I'm not really sure what size I got! I'm 5' 8" and approx 150 lbs. I love the fit and they are perfect for my upcoming trip to Colorado! I had anticipated returning one pair but since the both fit and they are different colors I decided to keep both! Love the many zippered pockets!

My girlfriend bought these and she is 5'1" and 117 lbs (athletic/muscular build), bought a medium based on reviews saying that these pants run large-- and they were way, way too big around the waist.We could literally stick our 13lb cat in there too and still have extra room to eat a salty burger. Can pull them on and off without unbuttoning them, about 6 inches too large around the waist. They have some elastic on the sides to stretch also, which makes them even bigger. They are a little long, but hey, longer is better than too short for tall people and is fine to go over boots or hem it (all pants are long on her anyways).Overall, these pants are warm, comfortable, and perfect for winter weather. They look good butt/legs down, though the waist part is very high and looks more like guys' pants there (eh who cares, shirts/jackets cover up that part). They go pretty high and sit at waist height (this may be because she is very short though and pulling them up so they drag less on the floor). They drag 1-2 inches on the floor on her height, but plan to tuck them into boots, so no big deal.I would say if you normally wear a small (size 0 or 2 pants), don't hesitate to get a small. If you are in the L/XL+ size range, then size up based on what other reviewers said to do.Update: We returned and got size small. These fit loosely, could still pull on and off without unbuttoning but wearable and a good loose fit. Can easily put another layer of yoga/stretchy pants underneath the small for layers for cold weather and still feel comfortable in the small. Going to keep these, and highly recommend buying them!!!

He loved them! He’s a bit shorter and they did bunch at the bottom as you can see but never looked sloppy. Great pockets and very comfortable, fit perfect. They were warm but we didn’t roast in them in the car either! Bought in women’s and men’s :)

I am 155 lbs and 5’6”. 30 waist and 40hips. I bought size 34 for my winter snow pants. I tried them on with my winter gear which is a base layer and thick fleece pants. These fit well over my layers and not too tight. I suspect if I wanted a pair without layers the size 30 would fit me well. I like the zippers and pockets. These are well made and I like them. I put my hose on them to test the waterproofness. With a steady flow from the hose the water did seep through after a couple of minutes. They are highly water resistant and only spots soaked through if I focused the hose there. I will try them out in a down pour when we get a good rain storm. I suspect they will work well in light rain just fine. My main use for these will be standing outside in a blizzard and hail. If I think to do it ill post another review in January after I test them in the elements. I do like these pants and I think they will work for my needs.

Awesome MN Winter pants that repel ice, rain, snow and retain heat. I’m female, 5’7” 143 lbs low waisted and these for nicely over my work pants even so when I walk into work in cold blustery winds and snow I am finally WARM! No hurrying...just enjoying my long morning winter walk. I think they could fit men or women very nicely as long as you’re not super wide in hips.

I just wore these pants with a pair of thin yoga pants beneath them on a run in 36 degree weather with a windchill of 28 degrees...and I was too warm. Which was excellent because I live in Chicago and will be running through below-zero windchill all winter, and I was looking for pants that would carry me through the winter. Yay! Don’t believe the reviews about buying a size up or down. I scoured the reviews and ended up buying pants two sizes up at first...and they were two sizes too big! So just buy your normal pants size and you’ll be good. For reference I’m 5’4”, 150 lbs and I wear a size 12/30 in pants typically. The size 30 fits well and leaves enough space for me to layer a pair of fleece lined leggings underneath. Plus, being able to cinch the belt ensures the pants stay at my waist, which is usually a problem for me with running tights.

These pants are made for small Chinese people, not large Americans. I am normally a size L. The reviews said to order one side up, so I ordered an XL. The pants fit great everywhere except the waist. The waist was more like a size S. I was about 3 inches from being able to button it! I could tell as soon as I took it out of the package that it was going to be too small. If you really want these pants, order at least 2 sizes up, maybe even 3 sizes up. The material is great though with lots of pockets and fleece lined inside. Th pockets are a little weird. Not your normal pockets, seems like it would be difficult to keep stuff in and get into to the pockets easily.

I'm a womens size large, but bought extra large because often stuff sold by third party sellers is too small. Well, these are too big. I'm not going to reorder the next size down, because they don't look like womens's pants at all... they look to fit like a mens. The legs are much wider than shown on the model. The sewn in tag says size 36, and that sounds like a mens size to me.Size aside, the pants are nice looking and appear well made. If I was a men's size 36 I would definitely keep them.

Are these even women's? This is my third pair I bought, and they're all the same...huge in the waist and so tight in the butt and thighs that wearing them would defeat the purpose they fit like tight jeans. So disappointed. I usually wear a women's size ten. I ordered a 36 based on reviews and they ended up massive on the waist but still too tight for my thick thighs. No stretch-So annoying.

Good quality, true to the size and I love the length as I'm a tall gal.
